The guys look real enough, but they don’t look like who they are supposed to be. Except for Vera – his face looks like him.
I’m not convinced util the game comes out. There have been many games with great graphics that suck! Ima wait till the official reviews come in. For the love of MMA though, i hope it’s great.
this is gonna be very difficult to pull off well. I will hold my judgement as well, but i could care less how pretty the game is as long as they get the gameplay right. Think “Counterstrike” for the original XBox. Graphics were terrible, gameplay was great.
Graphics don’t look bad at all to me, and the fighters movement looks pretty fluid; I’m expecting a bad @$$ game, the MMA equivilant of Fight Night 3
This game is going to be sick. Pre ordered mine today suppose to come out JUNE 3rd.
Fight Night 4 comes out right after UFC Undisputed. MIKE TYSON will be in the game!!!
Lol, well damnit he should be, he’s a crazy bastard outside and inside the ring, but it doesn’t change the fact that he’s still a boxing legend. I still youtube tyson KO highlights every now and again, some of the best footwork/power, I’ve ever seen. Not as fast as Ali was, but still powerful as all hell.
Last i heard the makers were in serious risk of going broke. Looks pretty good but too bad it might not even end up coming out?
no chance that happens. Even if that is true, another publisher will come along and finish the game and put it out seeing as it is so close to release. The company is unlikely to go out of business. It is more likely that a bigger company such as EA would come along and buy them out.
On the subject of games, I just brought home Resident Evil 5. Be up till dawn playing this.
i heard it was disappointing.
lol. Its been out for 12 hours. How can you hear its disappointing? I’ve heard it could be the game of the year. I’ve never played a Resident Evil game before though, but this seems pretty good. I dont like the way the shooting works, or the controls in general, but thats bout it. I didn’t play a lot of it last night, because I got tired, but I’ll get more in.
Leaving on my spring break trip today. Going north to NYC, Montreal, Toronto, then back down to Niagra Falls, DC, then back to Daytona. Whooo!
Ive had resident evil 5 since like the 2nd .. Its pretty dissapointing. In fact I think I played it like 5 hours the first day I got it and havent since.

Nice!!! i know, i hope you dont have to have mortal combat combonations to do a triangle or a rear naked choke.
I’m thinkin all the fighters are gonna have the same moves, meaning Maia is just as good stand up as A. Silva and Nate Quarry is just as good at jits as Maia; I guess you can’t have it all, but it would be tight if they played to each fighters strengths/weakness’s.
I bet it is like a car game where different cars are faster, or have better acceleration, or better handeling, ect. This will have jits, boxing, muay tai, wrestling, ect… At least it should.
I think their are 8 different styles. The fighters will have a combination of 2 or 3 of them.
Who here has X-box and who has PS3?? I have X-box and am not ashamed to say I’m a 33 year old dude who loves it…we should swap X-box live names so we can finally have a chance to kick each others asses

McArthur, I’d be down with that. What type of games up play. I mostly stick to shooters, but mix it up now and again. Fight Night is sick. On the down side…I got the RROD a bunch of times and took my case apart to do the X-Clamp fix…didn’t work. So now I gotta buy a new system. I’ll be back on in a few weeks.

They won’t. When you guys get time…look up some of the articles on the game. It’s nothing like most of you guys think. I hear people all the time talking trash on the game. I’m not saying you guys are…but others are. Check out the info on the game and I think you’re perception of it will be changed.
Actually its quite the opposite , most of the fighters have signature moves that nobody else can do , like Rampages slams , Wandys knees .. So no Rampage wont have good jits and Maia wont have good striking if that answers your question.
Look around for info on the game. Check ufcundisputed.com/IGN.com/& undisputedonline.net….look around for some of the info. This game is absolutely not going to be a button masher. You have to actually have some skill and learn how to do the maneuvers and transitions within the game. There is going to be a very extensive tutorial in the game that will teach you how to do the moves. If you want to train certain moves you can customize the options to the point of saying “tell the CPU to try nothing but takedowns”. That way you can practice takedown defense. If you want to train for the kimura you can set it to start off in side mount or wherever. That way you don’t have to start off and try taking the guy down, then move into half guard, then into side mount….etc. Anyways, I truly believe this game is going to be a lot better than most think it will be. Do some research on it and you’ll be impressed with what they’ve released about it so far, and it’s not even that much to be honest.
That sounds awesome, I’ll probably take a days vacation when it comes out if thats the case.

I read they arent making it for the wii cause the WII is not High Def , they didnt wanna do all the rendering for shitty graphics I guess.
I can see this game suffering from a horrible control system, like the previous UFC games, and really play out like those terrible wrestling games.
I bet its nice ,all the videos and articles ive read from developers makes it seem like they are very passionate about getting it right ..
Its made by the same ppl who made the Pride game for the PS2/xbox 1 ( forget which ) , and its been known too be the best mma game ever made so far .

MCArthur……42 years old and have PS3 and X360. I will get this game for the PS3. IGN.com has an announcement on the game tomorrow. My son likes the X360, but I’m paying for the game.
They should put a cheat in that makes your fighter extra slippery and hard to grab the code should be ‘VASOLINE’. Another code should unlock diapers and a soother that your fighters can wear in the ring ‘BJPENN’.
