Former contestant on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF), Matt Hamill, channels Emeril Lagasse when discussing the show-stealing (and surprising) knockout of Mark Munoz via head kick at UFC 96: "Jackson vs. Jardine" last night from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. "The Hammer" dropped one right on the button, sending the Oklahoma State University wrestling star crashing to the canvas unconscious. He was clearly elated with the sensational finish. And so, too, were the more than 17,000 fans who packed the arena to watch the local product, as well as the rest of the fighters, put on several dazzling performances.
