Finally a good blog. This is what we need dana. I was hoping to see demian though. Rampage was on point with those three.
Rampage should have a camera following him around for every second of his life! There should be a channel that broadcasts his entire day LIVE! hahaha he is the best!
Fedor Emelianenko won the gold at Russian Combat Sambo Championship (5th title). Quarter- and semifinal were over just in 14 and 26 seconds. The final proved to be no obstacle for Fedor as he won it in mere 20 seconds.
what was with everyone picking wilson gouveia last night? that was an easy fight to call in my opinion, the more experienced, better conditioned, well rounded fighter won, just like he should of…
Wilson’s one of those fighters that makes for a good underdog. He was a very dangerous opponent which makes what Nate did yesterday that much more impressive!
I picked Nate….way too much Rampage…not enough fighter clips.
Hahaha…That guy they got Rampage got with the foghorn trains at our BJJ school. His name is Luke Cole and is a good MMA / BJJ guy too. I know he wouldn’t have been happy about that but when he saw Rampage he was probably like “oh O.K. its you”.
He got to be the timekeeper for UFC 95 and I was trying to get him to get us ringside seats so this is his payback for not hooking it up!! LOL
I’ll be seeing him tomorrow so I’ll see if his ears have recovered…nice one Rampage!

The funny thing is that when my alram woke me up this morning, Rampage was on a religious radio station talk show. At least that is what it sounded like, I just set my radio to whatever comes in loud. He was still funny, but obviously more serious. I gotta say I would rather wake up to Arianny’s voice than Rampage’s though, but that is just me.
Rampage is a hypocrite. He always needs attention and is anything but humble. He also seems to have a fascination with touching guys’ balls. Tools of the night: Tiki and Rampage.
i watched this blog before I went to bed last night and I had the craziest dream. I was chiling in a club with Rampage and Kongo…who were acting crazy like they were in the blog….it was funny as hell. THen I remember a still bumbed over the loss, Bj Penn walked in the club and I hugged him and told him he is still one of the greatest. hahahahah Crazy ass DReam….I was pissed when I woke up

I enjoyed UFC 95 more than many PPVs I have purchased in the past. I was expecting to see 5-6 fights or so, but they just kept coming and coming! UFC completely overdelivers every time and these blogs are the icing on the cake!

still havent watched all the fights, but i still say it was a crappy card…
sure the quality of the fights doesn’t change the names on the card.. Diego is entertaining though, too bad Joe doesn’t have anything to do on a PPV and a main event for that matter, he’s such a wannabe fighter that tries so hard to look like he wants to fight and knows how to box, the kid ate punches all night..
well its just really hard for me to get excited about a card when the main event is two guys i cant stand… and like you put pretty well, joe stevenson has no business being on a ppv ever again
So just cause you cant stand both main event guys means its a crappy card? Diego being a possible contender to BJ or florian. Nate/Wilson being a significant fight at MW. Fresh faces at WW (Hardy/Markham) for GSP to dominate after he clears out the division. Dos Santos maybe making a name for himself at HW. And most importantly IT WAS FREE!
Not to mention Maia.
NOt to mention they aired about 8 or 9 fights!

I don’t think he was cold to GSP he’s friends with BJ though. If you watched UFC Primetime Dana had a good relationship with BJ’s brother even, he respects GSP but isn’t friends like he is with BJ. You can tell from his blog’s who he is more friends with, when he went in GSP’s locker room before the fight he just went and shook his hands and said good luck and left, with BJ he did the same but stayed in his room talking to BJ’s brother and trainers and you could tell was more concerned for BJ than GSP. Even though he is friends with BJ he is honest and will tell anyone GSP is a better fighter at 170 but BJ is the best 155 out there.
Yeah, Dana isn’t a friend of GSP, but he respects him as a fighter and really respects him as a money-maker/PPV generator. So, as long as that stands, Dana shouldn’t try to screw him.
But that also explains why Dana keeps protecting BJ Penn, who has behaved like a douche to the sport for the past 30 days.
If BJ wasn’t a friend of Dana, Dana would’ve said “just wait for the NSAC verdict, in the meantime, shut your yap, unless you want to lose that belt of yours you haven’t defended for like 9-10 months”.
Good blog. Rampage was having some fun good to see and GSP confirmed he was training Mua Thai!? This guy never stops, he’s going to have his toughest challenge to date but the rate he keeps improving might not look much like a challenge? Looked like Dana was pleased with the show , there will be plenty more over there. I’ve heard some rumors that Dana and the UFC might try and start a organization in the UK possibly as early as next year?!

GSP was in France training MT with some Euro kickboxers. He’ll also be going to Thailand to train.

BUT, Dana likes money, and he knows GSP=money (big money), so even if he’s not friend with GSP, he knows he has to take good care of him.

Rampage is one funny dude. Ya I did notice dana was a little cold towards gsp. Maybe the whole ufc 94 thing left a bad taste in his mouth as it tainted the sport and rules were changed because of it. He might have a bit of a grudge with the jackson camp but I’m sure it will pass. Penns quick appearance was funny too, why did he have his hood up and shades on, is he in disguise? LOL I would be after what happened at ufc 94. Penn got to see rude boy get his ass kicked LOL not a good year for baby jay, carmas a bitch.

Im telling you rampage done that for the cameras and the vip, i asked him for a photo on the way into the place, wasnt even busy, i got fobbed off, well out of order!!!! i used to love the guy, it would have taken 5 secs of his so very tough time,but apparently he was in a rush…..yeah looked like that to me, it was atleat 30mins before the first fight!!!! It would have made my weekend
Mo probably over 90% of celebrity’s are arrogant douche bags who play up for the camera. Most are very self absorbed and what you say doesn’t surprise me one bit, sorry to hear that, he certainly doesn’t come across that way on camera. I know this is a little off topic but I think dana doesn’t like the jackson camp and not only for the phil nurse grease gate ufc 94 thing. Rashad completely humiliated his best bud chuck liddel with a vicious ko and gsp humiliated penn who is also dana’s buddy, who know what goes on behind the scenes but I have my suspicions.
