ATTENTION ADAM:
I need some assistance regarding some episodes i missed and wanna see.
-I am aware that each “show”, be it number 4, 5, or 6, has multiple episodes, like 5 episodes for every show or something. During episode 3 which mania posted a while back, maybe a week or so? It covered how he got into BJJ and such, and after that when they previewed the next episode(im assuming for the same show, 3) Penn mentioned he would be going over “a sprawl that ill be doing a thousand times until fight day”. I really really wanna see that, hoping its the one legged splits thing, its so freakin crazy. ANYBODY out there know where I can watch other episodes? On mania’s old post I cant even watch that one anymore, and I can’t find it on BJPENN . com I AM a member if that helps.

What id do is go to his site, go to “view all videos” on the opening page, and then the hard part is up to you bro, scroll though the vids til you get to the “show” that you think it is on (i think its on “show” 2 or 3, the one where they feature his mit man, i think) Then watch em til you find it. I would think its in “episode” 5 or the final “episode” of the “show” its on cause thats usually when he does the short tutorials, at the end of the “shows” (or last episodes). Im also a member, we should find eachother on there brother! If i can find it for you tomorrow morning ill save it to my fav vids and let you know tomorrow that i found it and you can get it via my vids and save it for yourself. Im sure youve already searched extensivly but thats what id do bro, just go back to the begining (first show) and watch em til it comes up.

PS: Now that i think more on it, i think its in his “training journals”, the one that starts off with him introducing Adam Desabado from a stationary bime and they quote GSP saying “Penn has holes in his game”, yep, thats the one i think bro, not a BJ Penn Show, just a workout journal. If your tv’s that new it should have the same imput that your computer screen has and you can easily hook it up. I have it set like that in my house.

You have to go into your video settings and change the output. You may already know that.

most flat panels have a VGA (blue monitor cable), and a DVI (White Monitor cable), on the back of them. That’s how I have hooked mine up in the past. You will still have to run sound off of your PC, unless you have RCA jacks (yellow, and white) on the back of your MAC. Good luck bro! I’m w/ you on having to buy all these PPV’s. I might actually just hit up a local bar this time or something, and get it for free.

did the bar thing on vacation for the last event, never again! Like I said, my screen is 24 inches (maybe bigger) and HD! when I put it on full screen to watch pats games, it looks great from the sofa, I just wanted the option of putting it on the big screen. thanks for the help!
