Sherdog.com received the fighter payouts for UFC The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 8 Finale from the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) for the event held on December 13 at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Efrain lived up to Junie’s billing of him…..Boring *ss wrestler. Could Vinny have been any more of a sissy?
I actually thought Nover vs Efrain should have been FOTN. Also, i knew bader would KTFO vinny. So much for all the rd1 sub predictions.
Pretty much. Junie is the bomb dude. Sherk and Browning anyone? “The Muscle Shark” and “The Lunatic”?
Sherk would roll Junie, no doubt.
And Jason Macdonald earned biggest dissapointment of the night. I thought he would have put up more of a fight than he did.
whats with gouveia not making weight? wtf?
I said it for a while now that all bader has to do is hit “pretty vinny” with a few good shots and he’d fold! That mary should spend less time talkin shit and lookin at himself in the mirror, and more time training standup. I was glad to see vinny lose. Bader has really good potential in the ufc. Efrain looked like a different fighter all together. Ya he did a little lay n pray but he looked a lot better than he did on the show. Next it should be junie vs nover. Junie looked way better out there as well
Bader did look pretty good. Bader VS Hammill? Escudero VS Huerta? Browning VS Pellegrino? Nover VS Lauzon?
Bader-Hammill would be good. The other fights, I think the recent TUF class is nowhere even close to ready for those three.
No Name, you were right about Vinny, he is just too pretty… What a little biatch!
i know right, he doesn’t have that fighter mentality and no amount of skill can change that.
I missed the fight, but I knew that Vinny was Bitch-made….can anyone tell me how bad he bitched out?
Fight of the night????? How many punches actually landed for either guy? What I mostly saw at Efrain do the lay and pray.
Watching Efrain take down Nover over and over and get absolutely nothing out of it was about as much fun as reading the phone book.
Wow, you guys are nuts! He landed some big shots in the first 2 rounds, passed his guard with ease (nover is supposedly a black belt) and didn’t get submitted in the final exchange! I actually thought that was a great fight and that efrain was very active! I’m not a fan of “Gray Maynard” wrestling, but am a big fan of ground game, I actually thought fight of the night was Nover/efrain!
I agree Kevin. Its no easy task for a “wrestler” to dominate a supposed BJJ black belt on the ground. Definitely the fight of the night.
I disagree with your allusion to the fact that Gray is boring. I think he’s worked a lot on his stand up and yes his fight vs Clementi did get a little boring but his fight with Edgar was almost all stand up.
I think he was referring more to his ground game than to him as a fighter.
anyone who think the tuf lw final fight was boring needs to pick another sport to watch. the ground game is a part of mma. watch chuck norris world combat league if you only want stand up.
anyone know the results to the wfa yet i cant find anything? snowman vs ricco, lashley vs franklin . anyone got link to the fights or anything
from what i can gather snowman won decision and lashley won in 40 seconds
I’ve liked Junie all along(follow Kentucky boy) and now we will see the bandwagoners come out of the woodwork, last week he was a douche and after last night he was a good fighter.Junie will be a contender with 18 months watch and see. was not happy bout Vinny trying the stand and bang.Vinny! your known for jits not striking.i hate when fighters veer away from their bread and butter to try and prove a point.Stick to what you know and develope in the gym!p.s. Baders gay!
I still really really hate Junie. He is still a giant idiot in my books and I think a win over David Caplan doesn’t really mean that much. He did look good, but hopefully real competition will pound the piss out of him.
no hes still a douche. beating a bobble head does not make you anything special.
haters
It is, however, VERY possible, to be a douche and a good fighter at the same time. He did well last night, made me wonder if it was the training or whether he held back before, or maybe even gained a little mental toughness. Hopefully he can pull himself together. Doing st*pid things is one thing. Being proud of doing st*pid things and continually repeating them = douche.
The nickname “The Polish Experiment” sounds like a porn name! Tell Soszynski to get a new nickname. What about “I’ve got jiu-jitsu, too, baby” Soszynski!
MAINA why aint my post showing up? DAMN!
I know he didn’t make weight, but everybody take notice… Gouveia in 09!!! I have never wrote this before, but WAR GOUVEIA!!!!!!
yeah~ bnf
im with u homie~
i was saying just last week that
willy gouveia will win with a 1st round ko.
and u backed me up on my pick.
it wasnt a ko but almost~
hahaha j-mac tapped due to strikes. he did that to throw off my pick.
Pay your bets scumbag!!
Atta boy stink finger!
Kevin Burns got less than TUF cast. Anthony Johnson didn’t get much more than them. $9000 to show for Johnson versus $8000 to show for TUF cast.
