Kevin, you obviously don’t know what a gatekeeper is. Koscheck went 3 rounds the the current WW champ without sustaining much damage, and went 3 rounds with a monster in Thiago Alves with only a few weeks’ notice. He’s ranked 4th in the world in a STACKED division.

A gatekeeper is more like a Josh Burkman type of guy. Maybe even Chris Lytle.

I hope Josh isn’t burned up from hitting it hard the last couple of months without time for adequate rest. He sounded just a tad tired to me in the earlier video. Plus he’s coming in a little light as well. I like Josh a lot as a fighter. People fail to see his humor and he pushes people’s buttons but I get it. Good luck Kos! Kick some ass!

mania, how much time were you given for this interview with Kos? Cuz I know a fellow blogger of mine over at Fightticker.com interviewed him like 2 weeks ago and was just given like 8 minutes or something and he answered real short to each question. Shit like that. He prob had more time today with training camp done and everything…

Good post BNF! I agree on all counts. Right now Kos is in a close battle with Frank MIr over who is the second biggest Douche in mma. We all know Hughes is a shoe in for 1st!

I actually believe that Diego would not only beat Kos, but he would have a great chance at finishing him. Right now Diego is the better striker and the more diverse ground fighter who can win by subs or by G n P. Kos can take Diego down, but Diego’s jits is top of the line and he would have no trouble sweeping Kos and putting him on his back!

I really hope that Yoshida dumps him on his head tonight! I cant stand Koschek and I dont really enjoy his fights except when he gets his ass kicked like what my boy Alves did to him!
