Fedor is gonna b the best mma fighter in the world only if he puts himself on the world spotlight. Right now most people that are into watchin mma dont even know about Fedor. He needs to start fightin on the more popular western based affiliations. It seems hes conquered all of the east.

first time posting…lets see how this goes.

I understand why people hate Fedor. Cause admitting he is the best is contrary to their opinions, and no one wants to be told that their opinions are wrong. This is all useless speculation because some of these fights will never happen. So its a waste of time to convince one person can predict the future better than another. But I want to address some issues with the logic of all posters those + and – for Fedor.

Just like in every sport, there are flaws in ranking systems.
Simply because some fighters are ranked higher than others at a given point in time really means nothing. Last time I checked,Rampage is ranked to be #2 in UFC while Wanderlei Silva is ranked like #6. This makes no sense because Wanderlei KO’d Rampage twice. And we all know Rampage has beaten the Liddell on two occasions, and Liddel with a #5 raning beat Wanderlei recently. *This is just an example* >>> Rankings = irrelevant

If you want to talk about top ranked HWs, stop immediately. On a personal note, Aleksander should be in the top rankings. There are impurities in the heavyweight division derived from poor business ethics (UFC) + (Fedor’s management). It is a biased and opionated topic and until everyone can learn to accept that, this forum should be shut down.

His been sambo world champion since 2000 ( don’t you think he needs to give other people a chance too? or you soo stupid and think he have to win everyone till he dies then he can be called The Last Emperor and world best P4P fighter and badest man on the planet and ALOT MORE TITLES! I DONT THINK SO HE HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHINK ANYMORE )

If he Beats Arlovski and some more fighters he can quit MMA FOREVER and i will be calling him a Legend for hole my life even more legend then Bruce lee or Ali.

I was at the Worlds Sambo in Russia, I saw him win his first fight was amazing KO in under a minute, MMA is totaly different to combat sambo yes but just as hard.5 mins on mat is a long time, As far as him doing filming and wasnt prepared thats his stupid fault, Does he want to be a movie star or fighter??? Maybe this will make him decide???

actualy you guys dont know what happened at the sambo competition, ivanov scored 8 and fedor 1 at the last minute fedor got 4 more points of 8-6 his filming has defnitly a slight disstraction, but fedor is MMA of god still let this be to him tho dont get brainwashed by more money in movie making industrys, this will tell him, i cant ruin my reputation, but hes still mma top 1 p4p

Nog has won some great fights over the years, but I am not convinced he is a great threat now. First UFC fight against Herring he was seriously rocked. If Herring was serious about winning the fight he would have jumped on him and finished it. But he called him up?? Smelt very fishy to me. Against Sylvia, Nog was taking a beating for most of the fight. Sure he pulled out a nice submission, but Sylvia is awkward on the ground and Fedor showed how to finish him quickly.

Nog v Couture = Couture unanimous decision (Presuming Randy can keep fighting well with his age…)
Nog v Lesnar = Lesnar KO/TKO
Nog v Mir = hard to say, probably Nog
Nog v Fedor = Fedor
Nog v Gonzaga = Gonzaga
