Fitch is a good wrestler but his striking sucks. Why not have a real striker do this test. A boxer would have been the best coz those guys are about 1000 times more skilled with their hands then MMA fighters. Joe Calzaghe would smash Anderson Silva in the boxing ring.

Their rig imitating the punch was flawed. While the windup is supposed to be 3 inches, it doesn’t mean it would stop right as it hit the board – the punch would probably go through the target, whereas their rig would not go more than an inch over.

UFC needs to hurry up, sign Jake Sheilds and Book Fitch vs. Sheilds ASAP!!!!

I also think that the new and improved Alves would have a great chance in a rematch with Fitch. alves has become a much better fighter since loosing to fitch
