no matter what anyone says about either fighter, i’ve got 50 bucks i’m willing to wager that GSP beats penn decisively.

how many people expected GSP to take down and control a great wrestler like koscheck?

obviously not many think georges can do that to BJ. i’m thinking he can. besides, BJ is a jerk and deserves an embarrassing beatdown. i hope he’s a bloody mess by the end.

how is he chasing gsp? he went to lw? gsp doesnt duck people- he will fight silva next. i talked to silva about this and he says he likes gsp a lot, so i think this fight will happen! it will be a close and exciting fight- #2 and # 3 in the world fighting. I like gsp with his reach and stand up- bj has done well with his jab against shorter guys and guys with weak stand up- joe stevenson- i like gsp with a convincing decision due to dominate stand up and dominating the ground game with the odd takedown lnp with the odd strike thrown in. either way- its a real treat! we are blessed to see this fight! i want gsp after he wins to say to bj- hey you can come to montreal to trian with me anytime!

Machida was not even half as good VS BJ yrs ago compared to what he is now, ur such an idiot. *** BTW is BJ is so good and fought Machida at 205lbs, then why not set that match up right now and see who wins. BJ would have to add alot of weight and he would be good for half a round, not even b/c…….. Machida would have him KO’d, Tapping out or TKO b4 the 1st round even finsihed.

Believe me when I tell you, GSP has improved in all facets of his game. His stand-up game is MUCH quicker than ever, his combinations on the feet are more dangerous, his stand up style is now more unorthodox, his angles are more dangerous, and the list goes on…his cardio is also FAR BETTER than BJ’s can ever be. Bottom line, GSP is far too much to handle for BJ. Everyone keeps saying how great BJ is, yeah, but who the hell has he fought lately? GSP could beat Joe Stevenson with one hand tied behind his back, and he already wrapped Sherk’s nose around his ear when they fought (eons ago might I add). Please, you ppl are dillusional if you think Penn will have his hand raised at the end of this fight. G S P will finish him, this won’t even go to a decision…bring on Alves. And then, SILVA !!! GSP is up to the task

I think I get what you are talking about. Is it kinda like that 205 lb BJ who fought Machida, that cuts 50 lbs to beat up on the little LW’s. They are both big for their divisions, it’s completely within the rules and it’s SMART. What’s your point? You make it sound like Hughes,Kos and Fitch don’t cut a bunch of weight. The fact that BJ walks around HEAVIER than GSP and is fighting in a lower weight class, doesn’t really help your point much.

I think the post you just put was a prime example haha. Nah I was pointing out that you dont seem to take into account quality of opponents that he is submitting or anything like that. For exampe, rear naked choking frank trigg is not that big of an accomplishment(the way he out wrestled him positioning wise, was), given Frank trigg’s history with Rear nakeds.
