That was epic. Some guy is spraying him down while he is raving about how he wouldn't put sardines in someones bed, he would eat them. They should focus half the next episode on Junie's fight and half on Stankie.

He's very serious about helping his guys achieve their dreams. You could see how down he was after his guy lost. A true ambassador of the sport-better than handy for sure.(As the biggest Nog brothers fan, had to insert a couture bash.)

I left boxing because I thought UFC was making MMA a legit. sport. Loosing respect for Danna and the UFC every time I watch the show and punks like Junie are still let on the show.

lets get real. mir is not even in the same class as nog, which makes his flippant attitude even more aggravating and baffling. mir's biggest strength is being a heavy with good BJJ, and he is being pretty casual and dismissive of a guy who could murder him in his best discipline. what the hell? even before this show there was just something that bothered me about mir, not that i know the man, but he just seemed like a flake. meanwhile guys like nog and silva don't even need to string together an intelligible sentence for you to know where there heart is at.

i guess the thing the i find hilarious about mir's attitude toward nog is the fact that he is a champ from another era, and has resurrected his career based on an immediate loss to marcio "pe de pano" cruz (WTF???), a terrible decision over dan christison, followed by a severe beating at the hands of an undersized heavy in vera, and finally with wins over antoni hardonk, who has the same grappling coach as houston alexander apparently, and lesnar who was too eager and still managed to beat the snot out of mir until he made a rookie mistake.

i mean sure, he beat sylvia and broke the hell out of his arm. but that was a different sylvia than the one who cracked nog in the 1st round of their recent fight. 2004 is a hell of a long time ago in MMA. ask randy couture about it. if you didnt find a way to evolve since then, well, you're kevin randleman, or you're retired.

how all of that leads mir to believe he can even wash nog's gymclothes is beyond me, let alone brush him off like he's some budget, strip-mall BJJ instructor. i mean, mir's on the show and he's got a title shot essentially cause the UFC's heavyweight division pulled chute all at the same time, and thats it.

respect will be paid, if not now then in the octogon when nog beats mir like a rented mule and then dismembers him while anderson does his elvis guitar dance in the corner. i wonder if mir's the only one who doesn't see that coming. especially after the way nog reacted on that episode of TUF. and that beating should just about put a fork in mir as far as im concerned.
