Quoteworthy:

Quinton is a great fighter, but only when he’s doing well in the fight. When he fights someone like me or Wanderlei he doesn’t like it, tries the takedowns and gets lost. Wanderlei needs to do the same gameplan, doesn’t need to change anything. Quinton has a fucking hand, if he hits you, you’ll feel it, but it’s the perfect game for Wanderlei.”

– Light heavyweight standout Ricardo Arona, who looks forward to returning to mixed martial arts competition in 2009, weighs in on Wanderlei Silva vs Quinton Jackson III for UFC 92 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, on December 27. The Brazilian knows a thing or two about both men, having competed against them back in PRIDE FC.

Wandy 1st round TKO. No way Rampage can be in the right frame of mind for this fight.

if rampage loses this one…u might not see him for a while. losing 3 times to the same dude will humble the shit out of any fighter.

Thats what I was thinking! Wanderlei with 2 vicious KO’s over Rampage. And Arona has what, against Rampage? Thats still the best slam ive ever seen!

Arona isn’t going near the UFC, unless they stop drug testing.

Arona , in my opinion, is typically overhyped on this website. The only good thing that he would bring to the UFC is that he would be like the only GnP 205er now that Tito is gone.

He does have some big win, back in like 2001.

I hope it makes it to the 3rd round and then ends by KO/TKO. I really think it could turn out to be fight of the year. I can’t wait.

We love Rampage and and think that this will definately turn out to be an exciting fight – no matter which fighter wins. That being said, Wandy has always had Rampage’s number.

WOnt happen. Ranpage is going to knock Wanderlei out this time.

Rampage will let his anger get the better of him against Wanderlei and he will make a mistake and Wanderlei will KO him again. If Rampage comes in with a plan and calm/collected….I can see Rampage win no problem.

I think Rampage is at a point in his carreer, where he cant afford to come into a fight angry. anyone who has any fighting experience knows its not good fight with your anger.

Uh, yeah. He pulled the ultimate highlight real KO on Arona. Anybody that hasn’t seen it must go check it out. It’s the reason nobody will ever try to put Rampage in a triangle again, ever!!!

i doubt he’ll stay at rings for more than a few fights. he probably just wants to get the rust off.

Wandy has Rampages number, its like rampage and liddel, or GSP with Hughes… so its a no brainer.. and no matter how much you can improve as a fight, getting knocked out as bad as rampage did, all wandy has to do is put him in the clinch and rampage will be lost and remember those knees to the head..

Plus, I still don’t think Rampage is all there in the head yet.

Hi read it wrong. It says “rings.” They incorrectly used the plural version of “ring.” RINGS the promotion is dead and has been for a while.

Just so everyone know out of all of fedors opponents arona did the best. some people even think arona beat him.

P.S. Please do not bring up TK’s victory via cut caused by an illegal elbow.

P.P.S That cut was actually first caused by arona in fedors first match of the night. Tk’s illegal elbow just made it worse.
