They use a real ranking system and such. Shooto is a great breeding ground for up and coming fighters with their rookie tournaments and such. They bred Gomi, Kawajiri, Sakurai, and even had Anderson Silva fight in Shooto. Although, I agree they lack the names in this event, I don't think Shooto is getting bad. These cards are more like the TUF series then a real MMA event.
