Honestly in my opinion the perfect game plan to beat Silva is to hit him square in the jaw with the hardest punch you can possibly throw. I honestly don’t see why people don’t try it more often. Every time I see someone do this they get a knockout but fight after fight I see people not hitting the other guy square in the jaw. We already saw that that strategy worked for Evans vs Chuck and now someone just needs to try it on Anderson and I’m fairly certain it will work.

Frank Trigg is an idiot. He also said that “Tank Abbot was going to beat Kimbo Slice because Tank is a true MMA guy unlike Kimbo.” Since then, I put no weight into what Frank Trigg predicts.

haha ya whatever frank…cuz we all know that when your riding a two fight win streak against non contenders and get your ass knocked out by a mid level fighter like robbie lawler that you can definitely beat the pound for pound king…gahhd i hate arrogant and overconfident fighters..

That stands a chance, maybe but I would still give the nod to Silva. Anything GSP can do Silva can do better (except wrestle). GSP needs to beat Penn first before all this Silva-GSP talk begins.

HALE UK: I really don’t think you want Silva coming forward at you, just ask Rich Franklin. He’s not solely a counter-puncher like Liddel is. I think one would have to take him down and ground-and-pound him and win by decision. I know , I know, not bloody likely but no method of beating him IS likely.
