I never seen the whole first season until this past weekend. Even though it was obvious that Thacker didn’t have what it takes, I kind of felt bad for the guy.

griffen/bonner 1 was one of the best things to happen for all of mma. i think i remember dana saying that spike wasnt sold on a 2nd season until after that fight and pretty much signed a new deal in the back alley. in all reality (no pun intended) that fight helped make the ufc what it is today, and there would be no elitexc or affliction if not for the ufc’s recent sucess. 1 fight made that much of an impact. believe it haters!

Well I really wasn’t into the TUF series back then because I was pretty biased. I was thinkin’ that these fighters that were comin’ from TUF were sorta’ “manufactured” if you would call it that. I really like the ones that the UFC signs out of nowhere[or from other organizations].

But then eventually, I saw that these guys improved and stuff, so therefore, the TUF fighters sorta’ grew on me. I can definetly see that a new age of MMA has dawned!

And oh, I like the LEben pissin’!!

I kind of want to buy the first few seasons. It’s cool to relook at some of the top fighters and see how they made it all over again. I wanted to watch the entire first season for the marathon but my girlfriend thought otherwise…man.

I like Dana and all, but come on. Does he really have to be on the cover? Dana loves Dana!!! It’s not about you buddy, it’s about the fighters. Like i said, hes cool and all, but it’s just getting old. I know that he has done a great deal with mma in america and i respect that, just let the fighters be the stars. You never see selig or betman on the cover of their respected sports dvd’s.

TUF night fights should be offered “live” to us on the westcoast instead of on taped delay…and why isnt spike on HD? I pay extra to get my PPV in HD.tonights UFC looked worse than CBS,and to top it off …..Where was my Evan Tanner Tribute or Dedication? A Ten bell salute would be nice or even a 3 tap salute wouldve been nice …..oh well
