I have actually been enjoying the majority of Dana’s Video Blogs with the exception of that one a few days ago when he had those 2 blonde girls on there as guests.

I noticed in that video it mentioned Randy was drinking coffee..
I recall back at a UFC Countdown show I think it was the one with Sylvia vs Couture, where he said he did not drink caffeine/coffee because it increased lactic acid in the bloodstream.
Hope that is not a sign that he is not taking this as seriously as before.

caffeine’s half life is 4-8 hours in the human body.

Did anyone else notice how NOT IN SHAPE Randy is?? or was it just the shirt he was wearing.. seem’s like he’s lost alot of defintion in his body.
I hadn’t noticed but I do know that he has stayed in shape throughout this ordeal. So they have said.
Its typically hard to tell when he has a SHIRT on.

First off I wouldnt like to crash in to that truck and argue with the driver…. then Dana, Randy and Kenny pop out the back….ooops sorry!!
Secondly dont you think it must be awkward being in the prescence of each other so far away from there fight? Does anyone else kinda fear the size difference of these two fighters, its kinda like back in the day of ufc 1/2/3 etc…
Finally this kinda gives an insight in to how fighters, ie chuck liddell could have been easily swayed with the celebrity life style and get distracted from training etc..
yea, that was kinda weird when brock and randy chillin like they were at a bbq all normal. diaz would’ve started round 1 right there. haha!
