Look guys, for the hardcore fans, there are better headliners. However, if you are looking at it from the business perspective, Brock is a money making machine. He's already brought many w.w.e. Fans over to the ufc and many more who do not watch ufc. At this point, Brock is the best headliner when considering profits. I personally love watching Brock. He already evolved from his first ufc match. Its going to be fun to watch this guy grow.

I hate it when people are clearly close minded because they are haters. In no way did Brock lay and pray. It isn't even a matter of opinion. Lets look at what actually happened. Brock had Heath down and Heath is very good at giving up his back and rolling to guard which I am sure Brock knew. So when Brock wouldn't let him roll to his back Heath did the only thing he could and that is grab Brock's wrist and that lead Brock to Lay and PREY, sure Brock needs some more Jits training but what he did works and it was more of Heath's fault for only having one option that Brock nullified. Look at Tito in his prime and longest raining stint as a champion, he RARELY submitted people. That is not his style. I get sick of Elitists thinking MMA is JuJitsu+ others, FUCK THAT it is Mixed Martial Arts, and if you even looked at Heath's face after the fight you would see he didn't just pray for a win.

Nog was getting totally owned by Tim Sylvia until it went to the floor. If it was Kongo fighting, he would have knocked out Nog that night, I have no doubt about that. Kongo is ten times the striker that Sylvia is, and if Sylvia had any sort of killer instinct that night he would have won. Kongo would not have wasted the opportunity.

Jardine beat Chuck, Chuck beat Wanderlei. They still made Jardine fight Wanderlei and look what happened. Only because Kongo lost to Herring that night, it doesn't make him any less dangerous against Brock. Kongo is the best striker in the heavy weight didvision, and if you don't think Kongo has the ability to take Brock out, once those kicks start flying, you may probably see it. The way Kongo strikes cocky Brock could easily get taken out. Brock showed how strong he is, and how good he could wrestle against Herring, but he was far from impressive. Kongo will be a good test and without doubt Lesner will win if it goes to the ground, but there is no way he is beating Kongo on the feet. Brock still has a lot to prove, winning one match hasn't done that.

That would be a really good fight, but the UFC is not going to risk Fitch beating Penn and ruining the Penn vs. GSP fight.

No, that is not too much to ask for. It would be great if the UFC would give us at least one title match for every payperview. But the only way that would happen is if we stopped purchasing the other cards that don't have a title up for grabs. Then those would become all the Spike shows in-betweens.
At the very least, they could have the marquee matchup be a five rounder. Especially, if it was considered to be for a #1 contender spot.

sounds good to me. or how about kos vs. bj? kos has talked about it already. if kos somehow wins, he's an instant star in the LW class. if BJ wins, that shows he deserves a shot in the WW division. i have trouble seeing how kos can lose another 15lbs, but if he says he can do it, then so be it.

I think Kongo and Lesnar will definetly be on the card. I also believe that if Lesnar wins then he will face the loser of the Mir/Nog fight. If Mir were to lose, Lesnar/Mir 2 would be a great seller as far as PPV numbers go. If Brock loses, i think they will give him Werdum/Gonzaga. Who knows though, if Brock puts on a show, and finishes it in the first round, he may just get a title shot.
