-BJ Penn news -

Apparantly BJ wants to fight in december, even if GSP doesn’t want to fight..
-Cut and paste…(paragraph below)

–Now JD Penn, BJ Penn’s brother, is stating that Penn is training and expecting a fight sometime in December, but that the fight in question will likely not be against Georges St. Pierre. Instead, the two UFC superstars appear to be eying a return engagement in February 2009 as part of the UFC’s Superbowl card. –

-IMO, he is probably going to defend his LW belt agianst Kenny..But I hope he is going to do a WW fight, like Anderson did..Just go up and fight someone else(not the champ) and stir up the pot a bit??

who knows??opinions anyone?

He should just fight GSP at 170.. if he fights in December let be against Kenny Florian at 155.. Kenny deserves a shot..

and BJ needs to defend his LW title if he is not going to fight the current WW Champ.

I would definitely rather see BJ fight GSP aswell, but if GSP does not want to fight I wouldn’t mind seeing BJ fight another top WW in the mean time…

But I do complain about title fights being held up too much. So I do agree, Kenny deserves a shot..Either way BJ is the man, and wants to fight all the time..

The December cards tend to be stacked..After this year’ the leaps in MMa, I know the UFC will go out of ‘08 with a “BANG”…

We all know Mir/Nog title fight will be on that card..Hopefully BJ/Kenny title fight is on the same night too…

It has been a while since the UFC had two title fights on one card….

Let BJ smack Koschek around the cage for a tune up fight!

Well, not really, but I’d love to see it. I need to see Kos’s hear turn more pink/red/maroon than it did in his last fight with Lytle. However, next time it will be his own blood.

Can you imagine a bloodied and battered Kos on his back with BJ on top of him, ringing out Kos’s curls like a wet towel so the blood pours onto the canvas as BJ licks the mat! Or if BJ had a RNC and started to suck the blood out of his hair…

LMAO…Classic quote from the Violent oNE!!!!

I would love to see it! Kos was the one saying he would fight BJ at 155 lbs and that Bj doesnt deserve to mpve up a weight class and get an instant title shot…well Koschek should have to pay for those remarks!

Bj will bloody his hair so bad that he will look more like one of those troll dolls from the 90’s with the weird colored hair that the chicks used to play with.

If I were to start a collection. Should I get each individual event or just get like the highlights of each year such as like the best of 2006, 2007, etc. What does everyone else have?

Comment by Stagger-Lee
2008-08-19 06:25:44

I got them by events..Then I dont even get the “best knockout” or “best of” UFC’s…

I got most events up to date(missing a few here and there)..I even have the old Ultimate Ultimate’s(1 and 2) ones aswell as UFC Japan and UFC Brazil.. - oldies, but goodies! -

My Pride collection is only missing 2 or 3 events….THat is my Pride and joy!

My UFC collection is not too shabby either, but it doesnt measure up to my PRIDE collection. I agree with Stager (as usual), skip the “best of” compilation dvd’s and just start collecting the individual events. Dont waste your money on the Ultimate KO dvd’s because they all suck and they recycle some KNockouts from previous ULtimate Ko dvd’s.

Just buy the individual events, its the best way to go!

Stager: I am jealous of your UFC collection. I dont have the pre zuffa years like Ultimate Japan and Brazil. I would love to eventually own DVD’s like Randy vs. Barnett and Sakurai vs. Hughes. I wish the UFC would release thopse dvd’s. THey are part of the organizations history and they need to re-release them sooner or later.

MY PrideFC collection is my Pride and Joy. Only events I am missing is Shockwave 2002 which I believe is K-1 vs. Pride and Pride Unbreakable (I think # 31) when Rampag fought Dong Sik yOon. Other then that I have Every single last DVD including the ones not yet released in America like the 2006 open weight grand prix dvd set.

has anyone actually seen the movie? - its shockingly shite, i couldnt believe how low budget they went - the one bit where he has a spear thrown at him, i nearly turned off - it sucked ass so bad. Maybe im a bit critical, but i am tryna be a producer.
