Their gross margin on the last six months, including the Kimbo fight) was negative by $2.7M even before you throw in their SG&A (overhead), which gets you to that $24.3M number. To stay alive, they got a note payable from Showtime (borrowed money) and a warrant (borrowed more money on the future price of their stock) in the amount of $6M. Unless they can radically change their financial structure, they'll be dead in months. No one is going to loan them more money with financials like these.
