Had a friend in Paris when France won! Said there were a million people on the Champs Elysee (sp?). Also said it was the party of a lifetime. I like Italy, but I’m a bigger fan of Brazil and England. Funny, I don’t even root for my home nation in the Cup, rather, I just LOVE a good match! Actually refused to open my restaurant one day until the women’s World Cup ended (when we beat China), was one of the best matches I’ve ever seen!
Italy HATES France!~ Winning the cup in Italy was amazing, but the fact that it was against France, made it so much Sweeter!

Speaking of the days when like half of the UFC events took place in Atlantic City or Mohegan Sun why in the world don’t they show the East Coast any more love? The last event I was at was all the way back at UFC 55. I had the option of seeing Bisping/Evans but I chose not to. That was an INSULT of a main event. I remember the day before the tickets went on sale there were rumors about Hendo vs Tito. I’d have been sitting front row cage side for that fight instead of front row on the recliner!
