I don’t think Kill-Flo quits. I have no doubt he got frustrated, and probably a bruised taint, from 25 minutes of humping. But if I remember right, and there’s no guarantee of that, he kept throwing elbows, excuse me, Hellbows from the bottom and looking for submissions. It’s just hard to secure a triangle on someone who has no neck.

This is going to be a great fight. I agree kenny has the technical advantage everywhere except in the wrestling department. Roger has all of the intangible though he does not break and he has a tremendous chin. They both have good cardio but i think roger will be the bigger and stronger of the two. I dont think kenny has the best chin in the world and i think it will get tested in this fight as roger in his most recent fight rocked guida which led to the eventual fight ending choke. I think many of you might be underestimating huerta. You say huerta has fought nobodies but he has beat matt wiman, fougth ryan shulchz and melvin guillard, Kenny has not really fought anyone other than sean sherk, he has beaten an unproven lauzon he beat a injured din thomas then he’s fought alvin robinson whos claim to fame is beating jorge gurgel, he beat kit cope the kickboxer and sam stout the kickboxer who i must admit is rapidly improving his overall game, he has fought mishma who couldnt win in the ufc and alex karalexis who was shipped to the wec. This fight is a toss up and i think it will win fight of the night and possibly fight of the year

I have a question for all of you: Do u think Kenny got Broken down, mentally in the Sherk fight? Did it seem like he quit in the later rounds?

I do not see much of a chance for Huerta. Florian is much more well rounded. For all the hype behind Roger he has only beaten really two good fighters in Clay Guida and Leonard Garcia (who probably should be fighting in WECs 145# division). Florian has been beating top competition since losing to Sanchez at 170#-Sean Sherk, Alvin Robinson, Joe Lauzon, Din Thomas, and Sam Stout…Huerta looses and his dreams of fighting at 170# are smashed…

1 thing about this fight that interest me is seeing which fighter holds up mentally, in what will be a very grueling fight.

huerta has a MOnster HEART!!! Kenny is one tough dude! I think the Heart and Mental strength goes to Huerta. Of course he hasnt been tested the same way Kenny has, but Kenny got kind of broken down Mentally against Sherk. in the later rounds, he stopped trying to sweep and just seemed content to stay on his back, to me it looked like Sherk Broke him!

Should be an amazing fight. Kenny is rightfully the favorite, but I wouldnt be shocked if Huerta wills his way to another win.
