Fresh off what many feel to be a major success with its first-ever show on July 19 dubbed, “Banned,” Affliction MMA will go for an encore in the backyard of the promotion that “banned” it in the first place.
Indeed, Affliction has its sights set on Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 11 for its next show, according to Yahoo!Sports.com. And anyone who’s anyone knows that “Sin City” is UFC turf — the organization that forbid its fighters to don the clothing company’s apparel at its events.
But who really cares about that because the same report confirms that former UFC champion Andrei Arlovski will challenge the last man to hold the Pride FC heavyweight strap, Fedor Emelianenko, likely for the Russian’s newly-won heavyweight WAMMA title in the main event of the evening.
It’s a dream match that most fans have fantasized about for years.
And perhaps the only thing that can top that news is what ace the UFC pulls from its sleeve to once again counter this latest bold move. Perhaps it once again includes UFC Middleweight Champion, Anderson Silva.
This is getting good. Real good.

Full Steam ahead, finally a company that knows how to compete and promote in the MMA world. I was just the kind of we’ll wait and see fan with Affliction, so now lets wait and see if they make necessary adjustments to the event itself. Lets wait an see if Elite XC makes necessary adjustments. I get the feeling both of these companies r going to make it.

They do have some really good potential matchups already, and IF they manage to get off to a successful start that could be sustained, then I have no doubt they could attract more talent just from the payouts they’re offering compared to the UFC.

I can’t think of a fight right now that the UFC could make to eclipse this match up. It would be kinda lame to use Anderson again, and Liddell will be fighting too close to that card to slip him in.

Thorazine, Affliction may make it as a promotion but I believe Elite XC is in a world of Financial Hurt already. Large payouts and ok attendnce have not balanced out. From what I last read about 2 months ago. I wish I remember where I saw the article, but I am pretty sure about that.
Affliction does have a great opportunity, with its fighters and buzz to make things happen, hopefull they attractthey have to get otherweight do some of the bigger free agents and some not so big fighters who are allowed to compete wher they want.
Hopefully they do compete, it will keep UFC honest.
They will not just be using the same fighters from last time! I have read that they are on a vast recruitment campaign trying to lure away top fighters. I expect to see TIto compete on this card hopefully against Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.

As for Fedor vs. Arlovski….Great fight, but I dont really want to see it. Arlovski just turned back into the pitbull of old, he should ride that streak a little, instead of jumping right in there with Fedor. Andre is one of my favorite fighters but he is not on Fedor’s level….nOt at all!
I dont really want to see this fight because I hate to see Arlovski take a beating! He will get completley outclassed and then I will have to listen to Dana’s BS about how Arlovski isnt a real fighter anyway, or some stupid stuff like that!

Plus, It took Arlovski almost 3 whole rounds to finish Rothwell. It took Fedor 36 seconds to beat Tim Sylvia who has 2 wins over Arlovski. MMAmath doesn’t work, but that fact can’t be ignored.
Initial reports were saying that Atlantic City was the front runner to host the event. We already had a team of maniacs ready to make the trip… Dissapointing.
And Affliction is out there trying to sign more talent.
Very disapointing that it wont take place in Atlantic City. HOwever, I do hear that they want to expand to the East coast, and that they wont ignore our Coast the way the UFC does. I will be shocked if their 3rd event in March wont take place on our coast!
I would rather see Fedor vs. Barnett at this point in time. Arlovski just got back to being the pitbul, once Fedor destroys him, he will revert to being the gunshy fighter that has bored us to death since fighting Sylvia for the 3rd time. I would like to see some more exciting fights out of the pitbull before Fedor destroys him and sends him packing for Boxing.
As a fight, I am very excited about this match up (then again, I am always excitied when King Fedor fights). BUt as a fan of Arlovski, this fight is a really bad idea for him. Fedor is going to really hurt the pitbull!
As a fighter, Arlovski’s best attribute is his speed and agility as a heavyweight…Guess What? Fedor is even faster! The pitbull is in trouble and as much as I dreamed of this match up…I am not to crazy about seeing Arlovski get destroyed! i would rather see Couture or Barnett get Crushed than Arlovski, and that exactly what will happen once he gets in the ring with KING FEDOR!!
Arlovski is one of my favorite fighters and I have been wanting this fight for years now. As good as I think Andre is, there is just no way I can bet against Fedor. I will always consider Arlovski in the top 3 or 4 of Heavyweights, but as long as Fedor is around, he will never be number 1. He does have a puncher’s chance, so I hate to rule him out completely but then again this is Fedor we’re talking about.

Good News: Tom Atencio of Affliction said that thy are very pleased with the outcome of their 1st event, but he admits that there must be a lot of changes made for their second show. He talked about the Camera angles, and the production being improved. this is a great sign, it tells me that they are really commited to refining their product. With the match ups that continue to be booked, and their commitment to getting it done the right way, I think Affliction will survive!
My predictions for match ups for the 2nd Affliction show:
Fedor vs. Arlovski
Barnett vs. Sylvia
Babalu vs. Arona (I hear that affliction is actively pursuing him)
Vitor vs. Frank Shamrock (Keep in mind Frank’s contract with EliteXC is not exclusive, and neither are Afflictions, so it could work out)

I personally think its a mistake to stage a show in the UFC’s backyard. Other promotions that have tried it havent done too well. Vegas is for sure fight town but its also proven to be UFC town when it comes to MMA.

The UFC already has cards set for October 18th and 25th. There is no way they will be able to put together a quality card to compete on the same night.

B.W., they could, except for the fact that people already bought their tickets for the live event. Consider some people have already booked flights from around the world as well. UFC 90 was supposed to be PPV. That would mean it would have to go to a free event… 2 free UFC events in 1 month is unlikely.
B.W. its not that easy to just move a show a full week ahead that is already booked and selling tickets. You would have to assume that nobody else has the venue booked the previous Saturday which seems unlikely (although not impossible).
Most likely your going to get the standard UFC rerun style counter programming that EliteXC is getting used to dealing with.
they will most likely just replay an older ppv like they are doing this saturday possibly a ufc 87. That is a pretty sick card so if they replayed that free that might strike interest.
oct is 3 months from now. thats a long ways off, so if people have already bought tickets, how hard could it be for them to change their plans to 1 week earlier 3 months in advance. as far as the stadium being booked for that week i can understand, but im no expert in that matter. im not trying to be a party-pooper, but affliction is only planning on holding a show every 4 months, how hard do you think it will be for the ufc to come up with a free live event with its huge stable of fighters and stars every time affliction announces a fight on ppv. it wont be hard at all and it will happen, so i guess we fans luck-out and and get more mma than our minds can handle.
What about people who booked a plane ticket as well as a hotel room? There is no way they will move the date of 89, it won’t happen. They could make it PPV and move UFC 90 up to the 11th and make it free. Then, of course, UFC 89 would turn into UFC 90 and vice versa.

Arlovsky is still quick as hell for a HW, has good takedown defense, and hits extremely hard.
We atleast know that Fedor isnt going to blow through him with quickness like he did Sylvia. Arlovsky is more of a threat in terms of being a more versatile striker then Sylvia. Plus Arlovsky has never been submitted.
Honestly I think this fight could be like Fedor/Cro Cop, which would make it one of Fedor’s hardest fights. Still expect Fedor to beat him but I think people are writting him off too easily…

AA is a fighter and Tim is a pansy, you don’t curl up into the fetal position when you get hit like that. There was no KO punch Tim went down of his own will because he didn’t like getting punched in the face. Then he rolled around on the ground like a girl while Fedor just rained on him. Tim then gave Fedor his back hoping he could just lay on him like he did Randy except Fedor isn’t a 40 year old LHW. I’m not saying that I wouldn’t do the same thing against Fedor but thats what seperates me from the top 10 HW list, that and I suppose the fact that I’m not a HW.

Elvis Sinosic beat Jeremy Horn so he cleary better than Horn, Horn beat Liddell so hes clearly better than him, Liddell beat Wanderlei so hes better than him. So Sinsoic could take Liddell or Wanderlei easily.
Is Tim really even better than AA? I mean Arlovki clearly won the first fight, (Tim got rocked) but got back up to clearly take the second fight, but the third fight was hard to really even call a fight. I didn’t see any winners in that fight. It was like a dance off.
Agree with this. I dont see how anybody can say that Tim is clearly better than AA. The third fight didnt feature a dominant performance by either fighter. Not to mention that Arlovsky didnt use kicks for the majority of the fight which was later revealed to be a result of a leg injury.
Styles make fights and Tim clearly has a style that gives AA some trouble but if they were to fight again (and it sounds like they are going to at some point) I dont see it being an easy win for Tim at all, especially considering how the first two fights went.
Arlovski of old is by no means an easy fight for Tim Sylvia. However, Arlovski on his best day is still an easy for Fedor.

AA has really improve his whole game. He used to fear the ground,now he seems to welcome it, even to the extent of taking a very good wrestler like Jake O’brian down. His takedown defence has allways been top notch. This is going to be a very tough fight for Fedor. He has fought bigger guys than him, but none as fast,explosive and with pin point powerful strikes. Not to mention getting AA to the groung is no easy task. I think AA has the best shot at Fedor and if he can’t beat him ,no one will, at least no one in the game right now.
It is very easy for an elite fighter to get Andrei to the ground. Punch him in the face, preferably near the chin, and he will go down. Then Fedor will pounce on him with some vicious hammer fists until Andrei turtles up. At this point, its up to Fedor if he wants to win by GnP or by submission.
That is really the only way I can see this fight happening. I gotta keep building my BetUs account back up to where it was because I will be putting it all on Fedor. (Minus what ever I bet on a parlay for that card as well)

I would agree with you except that fight showed his aggression revamped man. Plus the ring tends to favor a striker. Then again, he was fighting Ben Rothwell. That isn’t top 10 competition. At the same time, he showed that he can stay aggressive for the entire fight if it comes down to it.

Fedor beats Tim, who pretty much everyone thinks is over rated, and now not only is he the best, but it is a fact? I think Fedor may very well be the best, but I wouldn’t be Shocked beyond belief if AA or Randy beat him.
To say that Fedor being the best is a FACT, he would have to throttle every single heavyweight alive. Until then, it is just an opinion.
He has already “throttled” every single elite HW in PRIDE. How he is in Elite, and he fought the highest ranked HW they had on the roster, Tim was 4, Fedor is 1. Now that he is in Affliction, he will have the opportunity to “throttle” Arlovski and Barnett. I think that Barnett will give Fedor a MUCH tougher fight than Arlovski will, but Arlovski/Fedor will sell much more PPV’s in the USA than Barnett would, so wise choice by Affliction.
After Fedor beats Andrei, he is most likely fighting Cro Cop in DREAM on NYE (or possibly Randy, depending on court case), and then he will face Barnett in March in Affliction. At that point, assuming Fedor wins, he would have “throttled” every top HW walking the planet outside of Fabricio Werdum, Gabe Gonazaga, and Brock Lesnar. LOL.
You need to realize that Fedor is indeed the BEST HW alive.

great post! I doubt Couture will fight Fedor in DREAM because that would be a big money fight in the USA. At this point, the best chance of seeing Fedor vs. Couture will be at Afflictions 3rd show in March because Fedor clearly has his sites set on Arlovski (october) and then Cro Cop on New Years eve. Hopefully, the ruling on Randy’s court case happens soon, and allows him to fight. If that happens in a timely fashion I would expect Fedor to Fight Arlovski in October, then fight Barnett in DREAM on New years eve (since both Barnett and Fedor are gods in Japan), and then Fedor could fight Couture in March.

How do you give Nog’s belt to Fedor, after Fedor cracks Randy’s skull? Doesn’t quite add up. Randy is not the UFC champ anymore. He hasn’t been ever since his temper tantrum.
Not in the eyes of a lot of fans he’s not. But due to legalities, Couture is still UFC Heavyweight champ while Nog is the interim HW champ.
Last time I saw Nog by the ring at the UFC, they still had him listed as interim champ. I haven’t checked the website though.

And there are still top competitors at LHW out there (lil nog, arona, overeem comes to mind). It’s not every top LHW in the UFC, but most of the top LHW’s.

I actually just get tired of people writing a fighter off strictly because he doesn’t fight in the UFC. Calling Fedor second-tier just because he’s never fought in the UFC is extremely ignorant. Adam, the UFC has less than half of the Top 10 HW’s, and they only have 1 of them in the Top 5.
Also, the UFC only has like 3 of the Top 10 LW’s and that is debatable. They may actually have less.

Shogun hasn’t made an impact in the UFC yet. Rampage didn’t rank highly with most Pride fans until he won the title. Then all of a sudden Pride fans jumped on his nuts. Same with Anderson Silva. And Anderson is not even really a “Pride fighter”. He’s more of a Cage Rage guy. Sure, he had a few fights in Pride, but Wanderlei and Hendo both fought in the UFC before going to Pride. You can’t have it both ways.

Pat, I’m not trying to have it both ways. Shogun made an impact just by his presence. You think Forrest would have gotten an immediate title shot if he had beaten someone of less skill? He was only coming off a decision win over hector ramirez and before that a KTFO loss to Jardine. Shogun has made an impact. So has Hendo. And all the tohers. Just because they lose a fight or two doesn’t mean that they havent made an impact. The UFC would be very different if Pride was still around as its own separate fight promotion.

He doesn’t keep beating them,he beat only 1 WASHED up (1 win in his last 4 fights)former ufc champ. Don’t get me wrong, Fedor is a machine, but Some are giving to much credit for beating a guy that everyone else is also been beating (granted not that fast). Beating AA would meen much more because AA has actually been winning his fights and he look very impressive and more well rounded in his last fight. Maybe Fedor has gotten way better since his decision wins against top competition, or maybe he got a fast win on a sluggish Slug. I’m going to go with the more probable latter and consider AA,Randy,Werdum and Barnett to have a chance.

Perhaps I’m missing some fights – this is off the top of my head. Sure, some are older fights before the “New” UFC but I’m going to stick with the guy who hasn’t lost in 8 years (the no contest with Nogueira aside). Yes, anything can happen in the MMA world, but Fedor has proven that he’s somewhat more resilient to letting anything happen to him that would result in a loss.
I hope there’s some serious crow eating going on amongst those numerous naysayers who were oh-so-willing to proclaim the harm that would come from competition amongst MMA org.’s.
AA is the most athletic HW in the world. He’s got the tools to beat Fedor. Fedor is the favorite, no doubt. But, dont ever count AA out of the fight.

Andrei has been a hesitant striker since his 2nd fight with Sylvia, and since then, has only had 1 impressive stand up performance, against an IFL fighter.
People get on Fedor’s case for not fighting top competion the past couple of years. Look at who Arlovski has faced? While he was champ, he defended the title against Justin Eilers and Paul Buentello. Meanwhile, Fedor was fighting Big Nog, Mark Hunt and Cro Cop in his prime.
Look at 3 of Arlovski’s last 4 fights. They were against:
Ben Rothwell
Jake O’Brien
Marcio Cruz
I don’t remember the last time that they were considered top competiton.
Arlovski was lucky to be UFC champ for as long as he was. He was champ when the UFC HW division was the weakest division in UFC history. If Arlovski fought in PRIDE back then, he would have a .500 record.

Compare apples to apples and its obvious that, on paper at least, Fedor is a better fighter, with a better record, and held a belt with 10 times the significance of AA’s at the time.

AA is the obvious choice. he makes almost three times that of Barnett. He’s won more recently, as well as fought much more often against good fighters. And he is higher ranked. nuff said!
How can some folks say this is a fight fans want to happen? Maybe the more hardcore MMA fans who frequent this site. But to the general spectator, Fedor and Andre have virtually zero following.

Yeah thats because they are the winners of TUF, a reality show. America is lame and watches a lot of these reality shows and this is why someone who has not been tested like Bisbing is more popular that AA. Also for the past year after AA losing to Sylvia they kept him off the main bouts and people didn’t really get to see AA fight much. The guy has a following though, I for one think he will beat Fedor but thats because I’m completly biased here.

I think Fedor beats him. As fun as Arlovsky can be to watch fight, he still lost twice to the same Tim Sylvia that Fedor embarrassed in 36 seconds. As impressive as Anderson Silva is, I think Fedor is hands-down the best fighter I’ve ever seen. He’s just a bad dude.
Still, Fedor’s never really been beaten. He has to lose at some point if he keeps fighting. Andrei has a lot of power and it might be his night.
You forgot to mention that AA did the same thing to Sylvia as Fedor did in 47 second. People talk like what Fedor did to Tim is something new and never done before. Fedor did it 9 seconds faster, BIG DEAL. Mir snapped Sylvia’s arm in half in 50 seconds. It’s a regular occurance for Tim to get subbed in a matter of seconds.

Tim was never actually rocked though, it looked more like he just fell to the ground and started rolling around like a little girl. He pulled a GSP Hughes 1 where he had to much respect for Fedor and it showed.

i am telling you, they need to go to a squared cage! The corners would be an awesome element to the fight.
Or even a slight diamond shaped cage, you have the corners that will create a trapping element to the enviroment and then add the narrower sides for cage manipulation. one mistake of not knowing your surroundings and you’re done.
Or they could have flames shoot up from the sides of the cage and give all the fans at cageside paintball guns to shoot at the fighters, and release siberian tigers into the ring at the end of each round and see who lasts the longest. I don’t think Fedor could take a tiger out. Maybe a bear though.

I don’t get all the hype over Arlovski Vs Fedor. Arlovski is 1-2 vs Tim Sylvia. Fedor crushed Tim so now with one win over Ben Rothwell, Arlovski vs Fedor is supposed to be a great fight. Why won’t Fedor just crush Arlovski as well.
Quit dwelling on the past. Arlovski clearly has his head straight right now. He’s training with some world-renowned boxing coach and is making so much progress, getting so good that he’s making his professional boxing debut in September.
Against Rothwell, AA showed the form that we all came to love from the Pitbull. He was aggressive, he was fierce, he was dominant and clearly he is the most athletic, best striker the Heavyweight division has to offer against Fedor. And oh yeah, his ground game ain’t too shabby either.

Hey holmes why do you keep bringing up Timmy? To be honest Arlovski destroyed Tim in just about the same time it took Fedor to beat him in their first match up. The second bout saw Arlovski rock Tim hard and then Tim come out of nowhere litterally a second later and return the favor. So they had their rubber match and the bigger Sylvia held Arlovski at a distance hitting him with weak ass jabs and got a split decision that I don’t think he deserved. I really don’t see how that makes the A > B + B > C = A > C. Fedor is not better than Arlovski simply because Arlovski lost to Sylvia. I’ll even take Arlovski on this fight.

This is true. The UFC is hellbent on making Couture get his last fight in. Personally, I think Couture is an idiot for not just taking a fight, and then bolting, rather than quit and get locked up in a legal battle that is gonna keep him from doing anything for who knows how long. Frick, if Randy really didnt care, he could take the fight against Big Nog, either beat him, or just tap after a couple seconds to stick it to the UFC. But, I imagine he doesnt care for the loss on his record or the backlash he would get from fans. But, it’s an easy fix. Take the the friggin fight, then you can go do whatever you want. He chose the wrong path.
A fight with Fedor looks a little lackluster after he taps out to Big Nog. Its a career ruiner. I don’t see why he wants Fedor so bad in the first place though. Why end a mediocre (albeit HOF) career on a losing note? Maybe he’s just waiting for Dana to eat his words and sign Fedor. Or better yet, maybe he’s waiting for Dana to buy Affliction.

AA did the SAME thing to Sylvia a long time ago. It took 47 seconds to crack Tim in the head and submit him. There was a longer feeling out time in that fight. It took AA about 5 seconds to dispose of Tim once they engaged. It only took 1 punch and he had an ankle lock on before Tim even hit the ground.

Sylvia has 6 losses, 4 by Submissions, you can tell that his sub defense sucks. AA and Fedor both beat him by submission. But what can AA do to Fedor when Crocop’s headkicks didn’t even knock him out? Which part of the game does AA have an edge?
AA doesn’t belong in the same ring? He’s easily a top 5 heavyweight and IMO top 3 with Nog being number 2 so should Fedor just never fight because no one deserves to be in the ring with him. Fedor’s already beat Nog so Arloski is the best heavyweight he hasn’t beat so why no have them fight.

mma is definitely a sport where styles make fights you can never count anybody out. i mean u can find hundereds of examples in ufc.jardine beat the hell out of chuck for 15 minutes and chuck beat silva and then silva goes and beats jardine in 30+ seconds. randy couture lost to ricco and ricco lost to tim sylvia and at the age of 44 randy dominated timmy for 25 minutes.[wanderlei vs chuck vs rampage] now u guys tell me whos better outta them. all im saying is dont count any of them out u never know whos gonna kick whose ass

Arlovski fans give Fedor props and say its gonna be a good fight, and hopefully Arlovski comes out on top. The Fedor fanatics say AA doesnt belong in the ring with him, he’s gonna get murdered, this and that. What makes people say Arlovski cant beat Fedor? What makes people think Fedor will thoroughly destroy Arlovski? According to experts, Arlovski is a top 5 HW in the world. He’s got all the tools to win every time he steps in the ring/octagon. However, Fedor is just that good, so, he’s always gonna be the favorite until someone finds a weakness in his game and beats him.
I’m not gonna say Arlovski is gonna destroy Fedor, but I am gonna say Fedor will not destroy Arlovski.

Fedor will be giving up a lot of his usual advantage of speed and agility against AA. Historically it has been the smaller faster guys that have taken Fedor to decision.

Lots of fans have been waiting for this fight for a long time. Personally, I think AA has a better chance than any other HW to beat Fedor. The only type of fighter that can beat Fedor is a good versatile striker with quick feet. With all respect to CroCop – AA is a more complete striker and has better take down defense. Plus, fighting in a cage will make AA a more dangerous fighter. Lots of people talking about how big Tim beat AA X2, but not sure that would have happened in a ring. All those factors said, still don’t see Fedor losing. Should be a very good fight though. Keep it going Affliction, love it that they are giving the fans some awesome matchups.

I’m not sure what AA’s credentials in Sambo are, but Fedor was a national champion in it. I’m pretty sure they are on two different levels in that area.
AA is a junior world champion in the sport sambo. Fedor is on another hand is world chapm in combat sambo, which is much rougher than sport sambo
Actually, AA is a silver medalist at the World Sambo Championship and the Youth tourny winner in ‘99. So that being said, their Sambo is pretty even.

True Timmy did beat AA twice, but I think we can all agree AA really wasnt the same in the 2nd fight, and he just got caught rushing in after he dropped Tim in the first. He looked like the old pitbull against Ben Rothwell, even if BR is an opponent of questionable talent.
Bottom line, AA deserves it – do I think he will win? No, but he deserves it.

For all the doubters about Affliction take a look at the stats on this page alone. I haven’t seen a thread with 220 responses in a long time. Obviously the fans are starting to see that the UFC is not the be all end all of MMA. I love how McCarthy stated “This is not a promotional belt.” which the UFC belts are.

I agree 100%, I was about to write the same thing. I would put Barnett above Randy when it comes to who deserves to fight Fedor. Arlovski hasn’t done enough in his career to deserve this fight. It appears that there does seem to be quite a few guys that have a crush on him, so that will definately get the tickets sold. These days as we have seen, it is not about who deserves the fight but who will sell the most tickets. It would have been good to see weather or not Fedor could have taken out Barnett. I am not really that bothered about Arlovski fighting him. Maybe they could have brought in Mark Hunt to face Arlovski. That fight I wouldn’t mind watching.

It’s crap because Barnett has always defeated the guy to get his shot against Fedor, but yet the fight would never happen. I think Barnett is a huge threat to defeating Fedor, and that match would embark on possibly the greatest heavyweight fight in the history of MMA. I think Andrei is good, I do not think he is great.

Now that Fedor has proven his mettle by walking through Silvia he’s a bonafide draw, people will want to watch him and so now Affliction has a major asset. Now they need to beef up their other divisions. I think it will happen since new belts will open up and people will want to compete for them. Maybe they can lure over guys like Nick Diaz and others. In the end, a fighter has a limited shelf life and fighters are going to go where the money is and if they can make more somewhere else, a lot more, then it makes sense.
Also, this will force UFC to pay their fighters more which is the right thing to do. Most fighters just don’t make enough money when you consider the risk. More money for them = more resources, better training = better fights.

I like AA’s chances a lot better than Tim’s. His stand up and footwork is cleaner and quicker. I think Andrei possesses more KO power than Tim, so the one hitter quitter is more probable.
wow sounds like an intriguing match up but I dont think it will last very long. AA does not have much of a chance in my opinion. I’ve seen all of fedors fights and he totally dominates all of his fights. Many ppl expected cro cop to be the man to dethrone fedor back in 2005 but fedor took him out of his game and battered him. the only reason that fight went the distance was cos fedor had a broken hand and cro cop had some good defence on the ground. If fedor doesn’t finish the fight quickly then he will neutralise AA on the ground. I think Fedor vs barnett would be better. I would also really like to see fedor vs gonzaga just so everyone could finally see that gonzaga was a one kick wonder and should be nowhere near the top ten
