I am afraid you are wrong, they are afraid that Machida would make them look bad and he probably would. It's a pity that because people hate Machida or think he is boring they cannot see this. I appreciate his skill and style the same way that I appreciate GSP's, Silva's or Cung Li. I am do not mind a fight that goes to a descision, that is won with skill and technique, and if one of the fighters is smart and skillfull enough to land strikes without being hit himself to get that win, then I have no problem with that. I think Wanderlai style is probably the best one to take him out because he is so aggressive and relentless.
