Hey, Vladimir Klitchko(spelling??)started out as a kick boxer in his early days. He was like average but turned out OK in boxing. AA should at least have a decent chance here. He does have a pretty nice set of hands. But I truly feel he’s seeing $$$$$$$$$ opportunity.

really seeing how he got beat by pedro rizzo and tim slyvia two of possible the hardest hitters in mma and he has a weak chin tell me what weak puncher almost knocked him out cause i have not seen it ,so why do you feel it your place to discredit him when you don’t have a clue ,nobody here is an expert so save your editorial for after the fight

It’s true. Only the superstars of boxing make millions while the under card fighters make roughly the same as MMA fighters.

Floyd Mayweather was only making roughly $7,500 per fight in his early pro days.

Is this what AA has come too? Boxing is a dieing sport, the only good fight coming is Margarito/Cotto. I wonder how AA will handle 12 rounds.

Those really aren’t pillows. They’re virtually the same w/MMA gloves. If you guys happened to watch National Geographic’s “Fight Masters” where they featured Bas, Couture, Lister and Tito, they measured the force of the bare knuckle, the MMA glove and the boxing glove. The Knuckle reigned supreme while the MMA and boxing glove were virtually the same…So the myth that boxing gloves don’t really hurt is busted.

BW: I am not questoning weather or not AA has the goods to do it. I am actually pretty sure that he does, I would just like to see him Concentrate on mma. From a business stand point, I dont know how lucrative it will be for Arlovski, it probably will make sense for him financially but Top Heavyweights in mma are scarce as it is, I dont want to see one of the best doing anything other than mma!

It may be good for him, and I am just being selfish but now that he is in Affliction, there are some HUGE fights awaiting him, if he can get his head right and not be Gun shy. Talk about potential fights with Fedor, Barnett and maybe even Couture…THo9se are HUGE pay days, and I here that Trump is a big fan of his.

This is interesting. But I hope he does not neglect his complete mma training. In his last fights he has seemed content to just box, even using less leg kicks than usual. Maybe this is his true desire.
