Jesse Holland back again and this time I’m previewing UFC 86 with bodybuilding and mixed martial arts expert Larry Pepe for Episode #4 of his stellar new show Pro MMA Radio. Larry is the main MMA writer for Flex magazine and mega-site Bodybuilding.com.
Larry and I get into the expectations of UFC 86, including the hype (or lack thereof) surrounding the main event, the one mistake Josh Koscheck can’t afford to make and of course the contrast in styles between the lightweight contests.
If that’s not enough, stick around for UFC noisemaker Ricardo Almeida. “Cachorrao” goes into great detail about his upcoming fight against Patrick Cote, the new and improved middleweight division and everything from family to retirement.
A big thanks to Larry for having us return to his show. Take a listen!

Nice job Jesse.
Agreed! props to jesse and larry for giving forrest the props he deserves for beating shogun and for saying that forrest is being underrated for the rampage fight. i am a big fan of cotes and will be rooting for him, but almeida scares the crap out of me. i havent seen or heard many writers picking cote to win and that worries me as well. cote hasnt looked good at all against the other good sudmissionguys he has fought in the past, so i can understand why. it may seem like no one cares abouut this fight cuz alot are underestimating forrest, but thosse are motly harddcoe fans andithink alot of casual fans know who forrest is and rampage is becoming a huge star. i think the undercar is lacking, but i see this event doing good ppv.
I’m still waiting for my rematch Holland!
really! only 3 comments. whats up w/this. this was a very good interview in my mind. why arent there more posts. what are people afraid of.
