bW: Takedown defense isnt that hard to improve on. Its actually one of t he easier skills to get better at. Just look at how much better alves and Machida’s takedown defense improved, in a short period of time. If Daniels dedicates himself to the takedown defense improvement and they match him up with strikers for the next few fights, he will have a great chance at becoming a solild middlweight in strikeforce

JOHN.another website has reported that semmy shilt will fight jerome lebanner tommorrow at the next big k-1 gpx event. i guess that means late tonight i dont know for sure. its sounds like pretty decent fight card though, and i will try and watch it on the same site i watched strikeforce last night. i also want to see the paquio fight as well for free tonight. look up ADAM Gs post down below to find it.

There wasn’t much talent on this card. Thompson is a good all around fighter. Gilbert should drop down to 145 and pray that Faber goes up to LW. Evangelista and Phan would both get owned by Thompson. Those are probably the only fighters that fought on this card worth mentioning, right now.

i hate to admit it, but i have seen the wcl a few times (a few times was all it took to turn me away) and i agree that daniels is the best striker in strikeforce, but he should already be working on his takedown defense cuz of his rep. chuck was a top college wrestler at cal-poly and has perfected his sprawl over many years. so daniels might not survive long enough to get a good enough takedown defense. maybee strikeforce should try and set him up with guys who like to strike and isnt such ba good wrestler a few times until he does develops a good sprawl. he seeems atheletic enough and his reflexes are sharp, i know its not fair to pass judgement so early in his career, but there are so many losses he can take until he ruins his career. ive been hearing that le has a good wrestling background, whats the lowdown on that?
