There isn’t much competition for him at 185. Not b/c there aren’t great fighters in that division, but b/c he is just that good.

Kindof a BS award… You have a boxer vs MMA guy for the choices… Spike TV viewers vote on the winner… The UFC is on Spike TV every week just about in some form. I’ve never seen a boxing telecast on Spike. I’m not saying the end result (Silva) is BS, because he is deserving of such a title, but it’s just how they chose to get to that point is where I’m calling BS.
The UFC needs to hire that women to translate for all of its Brazilian fighters, People who speak English might learn Brazil just so she can come into the ring for them.
