Agreed. Some of these guys won’t be in the UFC anymore by the time this game comes out.

Actually, when sports games are released they usually have the name of the coming year in the title. Like this years sports games will all have “09″ after the title.
If they have War Machine and Saunders in the game then that should mean that they have a pretty big roster for the game.
If they have a big roster I dont think thats a good sign. When was the last time a good fighting game has a big roster. Good fighting games usually have under 20 characters who are all unique and interesting. I can see them putting all these scans into the game and every one of the different fighters being exactly the same but for one or two “signature” animations.
If you want to do cool things like fight for different belts and such, you are going to need more than just 20 fighters. A minimum of 10 at least for each weight class.
