Interesting comments regarding the elite xc stoppages. I’ve introduced a couple people to mma, including my girlfriend. To a new comer bloody fights make the sport look brutal. I know the when you are exerting yourself like that a small cut will gush. I’m a rock climber and when I’m climbing I sometimes get little cuts in my cudicals that gush down to my elbow. New mma watchers don’t know this and they think the fighters are seriously hurt. If elite xc is trying to attract new watchers then the stoppages are sure going to help.
