Some people just don’t get it that easy. You would have to tape one of their thumbs to their hand (not in a fist either) and throw them in with someone 30lbs lighter and let them get their ASS KICKED and then mayby,just maybe, they would realize, that you need 2 hands to fight in MMA.

13 Seconds is not justified. DUH, your suposed to cover your face to protect yourself. That’s why Brandons face looked the same as it did when he started the fight. He was intelligently defending himself. Vera wasn’t getting beaten, that’s the part you’re missing. You’re confusing this with someone who ATE a few flush shots and was aready halfway out and then they covered up. This wasn’t the case here. When it comes to stopping the fight, the refs job is simply to say you had enough, when you are to out of it, to say you had enough. Vera definitely wasn’t to out of it and he was REPEATING, “I’m OK”. Face it, the ref is a moron, we all know his track record,enough said.

Why, is the reffing only bad at HW? Does Dan not ref LHW fights? Jumping divisions won’t change a dam thing as long as refs like Mirgliotta are around the UFC.
