I would like to see A silva face lyoto machida at LHW. I think the both have kinda the same style, both have unorthodox kicks, and both are very technical fighters… not saying that this will happen soon, but it sure as hell would be a good fight. Lyoto is still a little green, he should get more experience if this fight were to happen… about the Dana white announcement, I think he should bring Cung le to the UFC, he is really a rising star in MMA, and if he can get some jui jitsu in his game, he would be a serious competitor at MW or WW.

I wouldn’t say Okami has much of a mental edge, he got beat up a bit my Silva then he got knocked out but he had a knee and a half on the ground. I’d be more worried knowing that my opponent can knock me out while he’s on his back.

Fuck everyone here has some solid ideas haha. I’m wondering because their was so much talk about it at the press conferences, they have found more places in Canada and possibly different place in Europe like Germany or maybe even somewhere like Brazil to put fights which would explaing the changing of the UFC for five years. Also, i could see A. Silva moving up but there is still a really good chance this wont happen, plus with Liddell being a counter striker, and naturally heavier, he would knock silva out. Most likely he is fighting Shogun.

That is why I would want him to fight Sherk. Sherk would just take him down andn pound on him. I wouldn’t really want to see Gomi try to outstrike him because I don’t really think he would be able to do it.

anouncement very well could be urijah moving up to 155 i know he has been wanting to do it and has very little competition at 145, but im gonna say ufc signed a big sponsor just because no fighter can change a program for a 5 year span not guaranteed anyways,there as the one guy stated above mma wont be sanctioned in NY anytime soon,and chucks next fight is almost 110% guaranteed shogun rua,silva will probably fight marquardt or bisping,and gsp is fighting in august so he wont be moving up,penn has the winner between huerta and florian,white said himself it isn’t a tv deal,so maybe the ufc signed a new sponsor..
