Nick Diaz is the man

One word- Baked!

He’s really grown as a man! All these guys who think Leben has “grown up” because he turned himself in should take a listen to this interview and Nick Diaz 3-4 years ago. It’s like a different person is talking! He’s always been one of my favorite fighters. He hopefully has learned that he doesn’t have to take a bunch of punches and then attack, and will come out on fire every time now!

Diaz is the man. I saw Lawler in the background I wonder if they had any choice words for eachother.

yea… thats what i was saying. ref stopped the fight way too much. one time, ref wiped the other guy’s blood off his face and then used the same towel to wipe nick’s face, but nick’s face didn’t even have anything on it! WTF?! LOL! was looking forward to Nick headstomping Sakurai. good to see him putting more weight behind his punches. first standing TKO i ever saw. lol hope he chokes Sakurai’s head dark blue/purple.

that was funny when he said even my brother Nate hits harder than that in sparring, referring to KJ’s punches.

I really hate at the end how EliteXC promotes only one fighter from (almost) each bout. That’s messed up for a supposed competition brand…

Nick and Robbie are completely cool with each other.. they were at the press conference together and the autograph session at Best Buy afterwards.

I love how the Diaz bros fight but I’ve heard both sides of the Noons fiasco and Nick comes off as a nut. At this point in his career he needs to not take things so personal.

Nick is defineely one of the most underrated fighters out there. Probably because so many people hate his cocky attitude (his brother included). Personally I think he plays a very good villain without trying o play the part.

He’s also one of the most exciting fighters standing or on the ground. I love a fighter that can effectively use the rubber guard.

It’s crazy he’s not rated as a top 10 lightweight after he submitted the #1 ranked lightweight “Takanori Gomi” with a gogoplata. I don’t care if he was ripping the waterbong before the match. I mean we’re not talking about a performance enhancing drug here.

I hope he breaks his face again. Can’t stand that dopehead

Overrated.

Both Diaz brothers have some sick jitz skills. Its great to see them go to the ground, stay busy, punch from the bottom or always working for a submission. I try to not pay to much attention to the shit talking before and after matches and focus on what happens after the bell rings.

SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE CRAZIER THAN NICK. NICK HAD REALLY CLOSE FIGHTS AGAINST KARO, DIEGO, AND JOE RIGGS. IT COULD HAVE GONE EITHER WAY. IF THE JUDGES DIDNT HATE HIM SO MUCH, NICK COULD STILL BE IN THE WW MIX WITH GSP, FITCH, AND HUGHES. YOU KNOW IT.
