I think you’re right. if the contract says 30 days, then they need to allow him to make a living, it’s a big risk, but I like it. I hope he wins convincingly and doesn’t cut!

no kidding! maybe EliteXC’s lawyers were like “psst, you might not want to push this, the contract says 30 days, not 33 days. technically he is right”
