Wandy and Shogun didn't just hit him they overwhelmed him so it's gonna take more than just a hit. Rampage's fighting style fits the cage a lot better than a ring in my opinion and that probably has a little bit to do with him getting better but I think mostly he has matured as a fighter (Not as a person, LOL) and is fighting smarter.
