Elite XC is a joke as far as MMA is concerned and Kimbo Slice is no more than an insult to the concept of Mixed ‘Martial Arts’
That guy is not an MMA fighter and a so-so guy like Seth P. proved that when he was thrown in without Kimbo/Elite having the luxury of matching up another MMA-less brawler.
14 second knock-out - predictable

I don’t want to be a UFC elitist, it’s just that these other organizations and promotions are soooo lame.
When CBS tries to act like a source of reliable MMA, it’s time to say “there goes a sport that was cool before mainstream media saw the $$ available if they act like they have a clue”

I really hope that Waterman is Kimbo’s next opponent. Waterman has some solid submission wrestling, and it would be really interesting to see how Kimbo does against someone who isnt primarily a striker.

It’s cool to have the legendary old school Ron Waterman fighting in the EliteXC. He’s all muscles and packs a punch, one hell of fighter. I like to see him take on Kimbo that would be an awesome match.

I remember Waterman beating the piss out of Rinaldi on the Rizzo-Monson card.

I think it will be a case of Waterman’s cardio failing him and him succumbing to a 2nd round TKO.
