for that point people do take roids for size but if you take roids and have a good diet w/great weight loss plan you can come out looking ripped you need to have fat on the body not to look ripped.

so you supposidley followed silva in pride cause he lost a quick fight to a leg bar right after he beat franklin the first time . silva is a good bjj artist but he is no where near the caliber of PENN also if someone else can submit silva there is no doubt PENN can do the same and if you watch penns fights he is not afraid to trade punches with anyone in route to causing damage of his own if a 205 machida can’t drop penn with the power to dropfranklin and destroy bonner how can you say penn is no match for silva cause even cotoure is amazed with how PENN fights

sherk is an animal and you can,t fault the way he trains.that said, BJ has trained like a mad man for this fight. its amatter of pride for him and he,s pissed off! sherk would have to kill him to win. barring a miracle i dont see how any knowlegable person could go with sherk

I’m 32, married and about to have a little tacker - in 5 weeks. Boxed a bit as an amateur at super heavy weight and have followed MMA for a couple of years. I appreciate MMA because it is variable as far as techniques, body shape, size and ability. It’s just mad…… I give BJ due credit for his brilliant MMA ability but the guy is penis. If you can’t see that he is a penis, then you must also be a penis. He’s an obnoxious, spoilt brat. As an older person you will soon see that winning is not everything. If you can win and carry yourself with grace then you’ll be the better man. Sherk’s no angel but Penn is a fruit loop.

Sorry the worst thing that can happen to an MMArtist is an in shape Silva. I dont care how good BJ is, hes not capable of holding out against a class striker like Silva. This isnt coming from someone whos just seen Silva in the UFC and hugged his nuts. Ive seen him fight in England, followed his fights in Pride and in Brazil before that. He just wouldnt be a match for Silva, too much of a disadvantage. Hes beaten the best in his division and BJ couldnt beat GSP so this isnt even an argument. There are no excuses. This can only be a debate if he ever redeems himself against GSP and before that, get a couple of wins in his own division.
