We’re not going to get them, according to the Quebec Boxing Council.
The official sanctioning body for the region has declared them confidential, which is not uncommon for major pay-per-view (PPV) events that take place outside of the United States.
In fact, Texas, New Jersey and Colorado, among other states often don’t reveal fighter salaries like Nevada, California, Ohio and Florida.
However, remember that UFC President Dana White revealed in the post-fight press conference that Demian Maia (Submission of the Night), Jason MacDonald (Knockout of the Night), as well as Jonathan Goulet and Kuniyoshi Hironaka (Fight of the Night), all earned $75,000 bonuses each for their efforts.
And we barely got to see any of them during the PPV telecast. Ho Hum.

Lame that we didn’t see ANY of them, I left the bar after St. Pierre won anyways though.
They were all pretty good fights. It’s a shame that we can’t see the earnings, although I’d like to see the injury report. Hopefully that’s populated soon.
I’m curious to see what Kalib, Charles, and Lutter made for those horrible performances.
Seriously, whatever it was it was too much.
They’d have been lucky to get their Bus Fare Home if I was paying them!
Funny, ToeLock. I was easily the most disappointed in Starnes. Tupperware and Lutter at least made some effort to fight. If the UFC did what PRIDE did with referees giving cards to fighters who aren’t making any effort and costing them 10% of their purse, then Starnes would have left the arena owing UFC money. And you know anyone in the casino bidness knows how to collect a debt.
I think Starnes should pay Dana $1 just for the principal of the thing.
I’m sure dana white is happy about them not getting released.
$25,000 each. Same as it’s always been.
Can anyone speculate what St. Pierre, Franklin, and those guys made?? I think GSP makes 150 or so to fight, maybe I’m wrong, does anyone know?
Um, they DID show the Goulet fight after St. Pierre claimed his title.
That’s my fault. I told Sean they didn’t.
What?
They didn’t show that in Ireland on the U.K (Ireland is not U.K) channel Bravo. What a death
Sucks as well that we don’t get the card till the day after, I always have to stay off the site till I watch it then hahaha
Yeah it sucks. Think Setanta are getting it exclusively in June or July.
Sucks that they didn’t show the McDonald fight…How can they not air the K.O. of the night???
at least their bonuses are getting better, hopefully their salaries will follow. im sure they will.
I don’t think there were many new fighters, or fighters with new contracts. If anyone was that interested, they could probably back track to the last time the fighter’s fought in Vegas or California, and get the figures, and put togther a unofficail, but likely, salary listing.
I got to catch the Demian Maia fight on Daily Motion and his ground game looks wicked. Chocking the guy out while punching him in the face is awesome.
He was transitioning sub attempts IN THE AIR.
Red belt quote of the day: “Fight on the undercard, it’s worth quarter mil.”
Stupid colorado! I really wanted to see what the ufn13 guys made. I really hope the ufc doesn’t have another event in colorado anytime soon. People want to see exciting fight and that is hard when everyone is gassing out sooner than they would normally. I know fighters should prepare accordingly, but if the ufc really cares about showing good fights they should put all the cards in their favor, which means having the event some where fighters don’t gas faster than they normally would. Plus, if colorado isn’t going to release their salaries, that’s just another nail in the coffin.
Then again, if ufc 83 had been in colorado, maybe Starnes wouldn’t have been able to run backwards quickly and would have been KO’d. Then we would have been able to see more under-card fights. Also, Lutter probably wouldn’t have even had a whole good 1st rd and would have gassed out half-way into his armbar attempt.
Starnes: $1000 in book vouchers ($1000 food stamps to win)
I was at the fight..the undercard was much better than the main card. Georges fight was the loudest I have ever heard.
