Don’t ever discount heart and the will to win! Rampage is a skilled fighter but he may underestimate Forrest like Shogun did. I am pulling for Forrest because Rampage is a mouth and needs his ass kicked!

I don’t mind Forrest, he has a lot of heart, but Shogun looked as if he could have got beaten by Elvis Sinosic that night. It was a great victory yes, but Shogun was complete crap. You really do need to look at how bad Shogun was fighting and not how great you think Forrest was fighting that night. I prefer his fight with Tito. Tito basically called him a cheat for making himself too slippery. Nothing ever came off that. They should off had a second fight so Forrest could have knocked him out. Rampage is going to do to him what Jardine did to him, hopefully he won’t cry this time.

Well well well, as an impartial observer i thoroughly enjoyed your debate (spida & John) and you both make your point well.

I can’t help but side with John tho. In the big fights against the big names Rampage has got the better track record (even in loosing sometimes he’s performed well) added to that he is improving every day.

Forrest is gutsy as fu*k and pulled off the fight of a career against Shogun but lightning will not strike twice.

I’m with John 70% Spida 30% (i think thats just one side of the fence!) I don’t think it will be as cut and dry as John thinks but Rampage will still walk away with the W.

don’t mind who wins this fight, as long as the champ defends his title more…. its actually better for your favourite fighters to not be champ so you get to see them more at the mo.. rampage should knock him out 8 times out of ten

Thank you to those offered constructive critisism. I shall endevour to do better in future interviews. Both Rampage and I were pretty jet-lagged during the interview, he arriving on island only a few hours before I did. both on and off-camera he’s a cool guy, who, only a few hours removed from this interview, and with VERY little sleep showed up at a grappling tournament to cheer on the keiki.
Again, thank you for the opportunity, and I will get better, Aloha and mahalo.
