I was going to but I thought the newer fans would recgonize Okami over Condit…I was also going to post how he(Jake) went on to win the finals by beating Condit in the same night, But no one responded to my first post…I guess there is not that many Jake Shields fans on this site??…Which I think is crazy because on an overall WW ranking, I would definetly have him Top10, maybe evn a few win near top5,..

We will find out when the UFC wants to re-sign Nate and if Dana can match what Gary Shaw WILL offer Nate…It will be interesting, but I hope Nate stays UFC, and keeps clmbing the ladder.

good info. i was just wondering the same thing about corbbrey?. this is a must win for nick on live t.v. or else he will be just known as nate the greats big brother. ive always respected nickas a fighter, but i didnt like it when he wouldn’t give diego his props after their fight. i just dont see nate as being this way. he has the same energy as nick, but seems to be more humble. i guess i’m trying to explain why im sucha big fan of nates but not so much nicks.

Stagger-Lee, you should post the video of the other fight he had that night. Rumble on the Rock held a tournament and Jake Shields defeated Yushin Okami AND Carlos Condit in the same night.

Yeah, its tricky. I would LOVE to have all three in the UFC.

Imagine if the UFC does something to piss Nate off? I bet he’d go running right over to Gary Shaw to sign and get PAID.

Corbbrey’s style is Muay Thai / BJJ. He finished 5 of his 7 wins by submission so this fight looks to be taylor made for Diaz.

Stagger Lee: I have no clue whatsoever about anything regarding Rogan’s contract. Like you, I am worried as well. he would be a big loss to the UFC’s production. I cant think of a better non fighter replacement considering that Bas is out of the question.

Hopefully it all works out. loosing Rogan would be BAD!
