dude are you shitting me silva s a none stop move who’s six two and knows how to use his reach advantage! Plus if you knew anything at all Silva stated out as a Pro boxer in Brazil ever before he came into the ufc. Will Silva go in and dominate no obviesly not, but there’s no way Roy Jones is going to win in the friggen second round, he also just got his ass kicked by some european kid.

and likewise if Silva wins with people saying MMA is better then boxing, the whole debate and how rude people get about it is sickening, they are both cool sports.

I could honestly see Silva puting some real pressure on Jones and either knocking Jones out in the 1st or 2nd round, but Jones has a great chance as the fight progresses. I think it would be great for either sport. What I’d love to see is Mayweather come in against the prodigy and get his cocky ass whooped!!!! I hate Mayweather and wanted Hatton to beat him, but that’s fighting. For Mayweather to talk shit about MMA makes me think that he got dillusions of grandeur knocking out the “big show” in a fixed wwf match. I think Mayweather vs. Penn or even Faber would show an entirely different outcome. I could see it now, Penn with a flying knee to Mayweathers cocky ass look on his face ending his night like he did Sherks. or taking him down and bloodying up his face like he did Stevenson, either way BJ would definitely be licking some Mayweather blood afterword!

are these people serious? i think it would be great to see, but no competition for jones. that’s like silva challenging an olympic wreslter to a match!!! although silva is a good wrestler(for mma), he is not elite in that sport!! he would get worked! however, i’d love to see it! hope white allows it!

Roy would work Anderson, and I can’t believe there’s people who would even think that it would be the other way around. Are you all aware of Roy Jones’ accomplishments and where he’s came from to get to his level of contention? I know as everyone else does that Anderson is the one to beat, and so far no one has been able to sweep him, but come on… Seriously…
