thats because he wanted revenge if shogun had won thatfightit would have been shogun vs rampage by thattime shogun would have been in good shape,shogun didnt take forrest serious and u cant train properly if your’ll injured/hurt just bad timing that why his face had that on it he was pissed, could have been an bigger fight for him in shogun, megafight

I think people’s judgement gets clouded, when it comes to Forrest, because he is such a funny and likeable character.

However, his technical ability is way behind the rest. He certainly isn’t top 5, maybe and just maybe he is top 10.

Forrest seriously needs to work on not using his head as defence.

I love Forrest but we need to be real.

Agreed that there is an argument that he may not be top 5 but he is definetly top 10. Forrest is an excellent athlete with a great engine. Rampage is going to smash him though, barring any major errors of judgement.

But everyone wo predicted that Rua would run through him had no idea that Rua was fighting with no ACL, which caused him to come into that fight grossly undertrained. Rampage’s title means a lot to him, he wont step into the cage with out being on top of his game, and an on top of his game Rampage will beat an on top of his game Forrest EVERYTIME!!!!

If you told me that Rua was going to fight Forrest with No acl, of course I would have predicted Rua

a lot of the posters here will say they think forrest is going to win and talk a good one but you know they are not going to bet money on it.

sherdog P4P rankings that have him 2nd to ASiliva (yes! above Fedor and GSP). i personally agree with it except would have bj above gomi and faber.
