WTF? Who came up with that show… a 8 year old? Not that I don’t plan on watching it, I am after all 22 going on 9. I want to see a rampage slam in ultra slow mo, with a guy like Roy Nelson on the other end.

I weigh 290 lbs and after watching that I’m going to drop down to 155 an whoop ken flo’s butt!!! I seen some holes in his game by watching that clip and I’m prepared to start training full time so i can at least get down to 200 than sweat the rest off, right now i’m looking for a strength and condition coach maui thai boxing wrestling bjj and that fighting stlye from only the strong so please help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SIKE that show looks like it will be cool if they had someone with some weight on his mid section now that would be funny but watching someone in shape take a punch not to keyboard warrior friendly!
