Hey Buster, I’ve seen you on here quite a bit lately…
Also for the curious, I am 27, married, employed, and I ONLY post on this site while I am at work. I have never posted on this site while not getting paid. I always just assumed that most people on here posted while they were at work, or for the younger crowd, during classes.

Buster Bluth, I meant to put a LOL at the end of my first sentence to you. I enjoy reading your posts because you seem to be knowledgeable and rational. That is a RARE combination around these parts!

This post just made me laugh… I am BORED OUT OF MY MIND right now. I was considering leaving early today. I don’t watch too much youtube at work because of the volume, unless I bring in my headphones. Also, I very rarely posted on this site prior to November 2006 when I…………. quit smoking cigarettes!!!!!!! That’s what used to take up all my extra time at work - going outside and smoking.
To all of the top guys - when do contribute, during work or at home or both?
I only post at work too. I’ve posted a couple times at home, but very rarely. They say that March madness is biggest culprit in wasted man hours, but after reading these comments, I would have to that MMAmania gives march madness some competition.
i just want to congradulate all the top posters- great job dudes. but what brings me here today is a serious issue, an issue that can no longer be ignored- the need for a regulated, professional competetive drinking orginization. while most people will just dismiss this idea as nonsense, it really isn’t dude, let me explain. first off, it really takes alot of stamina and endurance to drink heavily and effectively just like any other sport. i have a good friend that used to drink a liter of blackberry brandy a day after putting in an 8hr shift at the antifreeze packaging plant and he was so dedicated to his craft that he didn’t even change out of his work uniform before he would pour his first glass of that awful rotgut. he “trained” like this for a few years before becoming well rounded and bloated enough to move up to bacardi 151. i’m not even sure where i’m going with this because i’m getting the spins but, oh yeah, now he’s like a heavyweight phenom just like fedor everybody is afraid to drink with him. but really dudes, wouldn’t a reality series with 12 drunks living in the same house for six weeks competing to be the next ultimate drinker be a ratings winner?
we could have a great blue chip sponsor like molson xxx 5.9 on the richter scale(that’s alcohol content for those tea totalers). ok, now that i’ve sold the masses on mixed competetive drinking all you investors and sponsors can contact JEFF THE DRUNK to get the ball rolling. keep posting dudes, and i’ll keep on training 12oz of shame at a time !!

Right, that’s exactly the reason you not only took the time to visit the site, but then commented.
the only reason this site sux is cuz everyones comments are always altered. therefore, we end up saying stupid things that dont make sense. Plz end the unnecessary moderating. I feel like if i live in venezuela again with unnecessary censorship.

And one of those top guys ripped this site for posting the Couture retirement announcement. Said the site was something akin to the National Enquirer, not verbatim, and that he wouldn’t believe it until a credible source came out with the news.
Disparages the site but is one of it’s top commenters. Loser.

1 comment so far…(this makes 2 I guess)
Does anyone know what sites I might visit to “chat” with others who share a passion for MMA?
I’ve got a lot to learn & a lot to say.
I think at least half of mine were left on the contest thread, lol. I knew John would take the crown though, he always knows what he’s talking about and is willing to share his every thought. Glad he’s on here. Violent Mike is a good commentator too. My favorite would have to be Mamas Boy, funny as hell, but I havent seen him on as much lately.

yea, you might have passed me now. Didn’t the top commentators used to be posted on the main page?
First and foremost congrats to you all, I have been coming to this site for a while now(while at work like everybody else)an the people on the list are almost ALWAYS on the list member the traker they used to keep on the side………yeah that one there on top I wish I didn’t work with disable people than I can blog alot more, but between vomit, feceeees, and other bad things I do all day I will always find the time to read almost all the blogs I smoke alot so my mind is usually somewhere else so I can’t recall all the things I would like to type but one day I will remember everything I have to say an be a keyboard warrior like every1 else……………………SMOKESUTTIN……………
Luppers, you’re in my sights too!
Hahaha, like Violent Mike, I used to post all the time while working, till this wonderful thing called websense. But if you want I’ll come back to posting a bit more, as if my ideas really mean anything, other then getting me uber MMAmania Tshirts.
Wow…you guys must have waaaay to much time on your hands. Or desk jobs. Any rate I do enjoy this site, and its true those top names post the most insightful comments, and least dumb trash talk. Good job fellas!
I love this site always upto date with the latest mma news, I like reading the posts from the top bloggers, but after watching henderson lose I just could care less about mma right now, maybe ill feel differently come ufc 97……..or ufc 83

John always does seem to be on top of his game.
If you guys (top maniacs) made a blog called “realmmamania.com” I’d leave this place in a heartbeat.

the only reason this site sux is cuz everyones comments are always altered. therefore, we end up saying stupid things that dont make sense. Plz end the unnecessary moderating. I feel like if i live in venezuela again with unnecessary censorship.
I’m closing in on you, C-War!
There, I just got a little closer. It won’t be long now.
Luppers, you’re in my sights too!
watever happened to morethanufc? that tool!
and calm down mexician dude, if u dont like the site.. dont post any comments. its not that hard.
i just want to congradulate all the top posters- great job dudes. but what brings me here today is a serious issue, an issue that can no longer be ignored- the need for a regulated, professional competetive drinking orginization. while most people will just dismiss this idea as nonsense, it really isn’t dude, let me explain. first off, it really takes alot of stamina and endurance to drink heavily and effectively just like any other sport. i have a good friend that used to drink a liter of blackberry brandy a day after putting in an 8hr shift at the antifreeze packaging plant and he was so dedicated to his craft that he didn’t even change out of his work uniform before he would pour his first glass of that awful rotgut. he “trained” like this for a few years before becoming well rounded and bloated enough to move up to bacardi 151. i’m not even sure where i’m going with this because i’m getting the spins but, oh yeah, now he’s like a heavyweight phenom just like fedor everybody is afraid to drink with him. but really dudes, wouldn’t a reality series with 12 drunks living in the same house for six weeks competing to be the next ultimate drinker be a ratings winner?
we could have a great blue chip sponsor like molson xxx 5.9 on the richter scale(that’s alcohol content for those tea totalers). ok, now that i’ve sold the masses on mixed competetive drinking all you investors and sponsors can contact JEFF THE DRUNK to get the ball rolling. keep posting dudes, and i’ll keep on training 12oz of shame at a time !!
Not funny.
i heard that there were two posters named john
I demand a recount.
I demand a recount.
Guys, this isn’t a competition. If it was, I would have kicked a great deal of as$.

And one of those top guys ripped this site for posting the Couture retirement announcement. Said the site was something akin to the National Enquirer, not verbatim, and that he wouldn’t believe it until a credible source came out with the news.
Disparages the site but is one of it’s top commenters. Loser.
Wow, thats a lot of posts. I wonder how many I have, probably not even close.
mania, u should have a top 10 for peoples comments who get deleted by you
Sweet, I’m up there!

I’m in the same boat…I was only kidding. Posting here beats working that’s for sure…until they block me. If I make more than 2-3 posts on an article…I get blocked so I’ll never be able to make the list I’m afraid.
Mania - can you only count one comment per topic. Violent Mike is desperate to get to the top. Check out his pointless comments
I just found this site a couple o’ days ago…
1 comment so far…(this makes 2 I guess)
Does anyone know what sites I might visit to “chat” with others who share a passion for MMA?
I’ve got a lot to learn & a lot to say.
I think at least half of mine were left on the contest thread, lol. I knew John would take the crown though, he always knows what he’s talking about and is willing to share his every thought. Glad he’s on here. Violent Mike is a good commentator too. My favorite would have to be Mamas Boy, funny as hell, but I havent seen him on as much lately.
I’m closing in on you, C-War!
yea, you might have passed me now. Didn’t the top commentators used to be posted on the main page?
To all of the top guys - when do contribute, during work or at home or both?
But if you want I’ll come back to posting a bit more, as if my ideas really mean anything, other then getting me uber MMAmania Tshirts.

Wow…you guys must have waaaay to much time on your hands. Or desk jobs. Any rate I do enjoy this site, and its true those top names post the most insightful comments, and least dumb trash talk. Good job fellas!
Common Mania, you should sell black MMAMANIA.com t-shirts.
I love this site always upto date with the latest mma news, I like reading the posts from the top bloggers, but after watching henderson lose I just could care less about mma right now, maybe ill feel differently come ufc 97……..or ufc 83

You got a good chance of catching up to me, because I have Finals in 2 weeks, so I have to do less blogging, and start paying more attention in my classes. I am starting to get swamped with work….
Thanks anyway!
That’s the problem with this site, we are forced to read 2000 Violent Mike comments to get to the good ones. Very sad.
