Fedor fighting in the UFC would be huge. I can't believe that their are people that think Randy has a chance. These people obviously have not seen all of Fedor's fights and do not have a clue about his awesomeness. Randy has problems with big guys. Look what Josh and Pedro did to him. Fedor smashes big guys. Fedor also fights like a huge guy. He tosses around guys that 250 . Randy has a ton of losses to mediocore fighters. Fedor has a ton of wins against top fighters. And he will smash a 230lb 44 year old Randy. It won't even be competitive. The so called "natural" will be grounded and pounded within a couple of minutes.

actually i think randy is not the worst match up for fedor.

the worst IMO are big bastards barnett and gonzaga and strikers liddell and sylvia both hard to take down. although for fedor I think sylvia would be harder to take down than chuck. and barnett would be harder to get out from underneath than Gonzaga.

couture's clinch, dirty boxing would be harder to ward of than the lighter lindlands was (and lindlan had a really great underhook moment against cyborg. however dont forget that fedor probably wasnt watching out for the underhooks as bad as he would with randy so maybe he'd prepare more in that defense. just as with hunt he thought more of getting KTFO'd and didnt really have to worry as much about armbars. the problem is that by the time any body gets good enough to beat fedor they are well known enough to have many vids to study. of course to be fair everyone studies fedor but havent beaten him ... yet

Fedor is only interested in fighting in the UFC now that he believes he won't have to face Randy Couture.

He (mistakingly?) thinks that the Natural has yapped his way out of his relationship with the UFC and Dana White.
He's wrong!
Dana White is a ruthless businessman.
He won't care about anything said in the past, if he believes he can put on a show that will part people from their money... "the show must go on"
Good point never though of that...seriously good fucking point props to you.....
to all those who have only seen fedor fight hong man choi and think hes gonna be a target for randy then you need to wisen up, go on youtube and chek out some old fedor pride fights. This guy really is that good. his pride debut against schilt was crap but he went on to batter herring and then whoop big nogs ass in a 20 minute ground and effin pound war. he slaughtered garry goodridge, naoya ogawa and mark coleman. he can also come back from a beating, he got dumpked on his head by kevin randleman which would have knocked any1 loopy but he shook it off and won by submission. hes beaten the best of the best. big nog (2), Cro Cop, Mark Hunt, Herring, Coleman and he would obliderate randy from every angle. Randy is good but is not that well rounded. Standing up hes mediocre. his boxing from the clinch would not be as effective on sum1 with fedors power, his ground game would be humbled and if nog couldn't submit him then randy would have no chance. My prediction - fedor would press the action early on and dominate the stand up, randy would go for a takdown but end up getting taken down and then pounded out.
seek out fedor vs big nog from body blow 2003 and fedor vs garry goodridge.
would Randy have to fight Nog to unify the belt first and then fight Fedor? And maybe you give Fedor a tune-up fight against Eddie Sanchez (lmao) or some unlucky victim like Timaaaay before he gets Randy? Thoughts...
hell no as soon as they sign fedor they should fight

can anybody tell me why people think a 16-8 fighter is better than a 28-1 (should be 29-0) fighter?
AJ: Technically speaking Randy would have to fight BigNog (just like Sherk v Penn, Randy v Ortiz) however, these are exceptional circumstances and I think Randy v Fedor, BigNog fights the winner.
Nah- the Randy vs Big Nog fight is boring- let Fedor take care of him as a tune up fight, then let the main event happen- Randy vs Fedor.

I think that RC would win.
WOW. Well maybe Fedor has decided to stop being a pu**y and will go into negotiations with much more sensible requests? I hope so. Fedor in the UFC would be AWESOME. The UFC would rule all and all the other promotions will wither away...
Sensible requests?

UFC OWNS their fighters. A UFC contract is a slave contract. Dana White is 10x worse than Don King ever was.
