Thanks for the interview Sean! You should have said, "Nick, if you cut me off one more time, you know I'm going to have to choke you out", and then just stare at him for a couple of seconds and then laugh, before he killed you.

Nick fighting in the DREAM Grand Prix sounds like a perfect idea. But I think that it is unlikely. Gary Shaw will most likely find some scrub fighter with minimal experience to fill in. BUT, I don't think that Diaz should fight on March 29th, I think that they should hold him out until the event on CBS, isn't that supposed to be in what, April. That would allow them to find Nick a better, more qualified opponent, and they'd both have more time to train for the fight on NATIONAL MAJOR NETWORK TELEVISION.

Nate Diaz vs Kurt Pellegrino is going to be such a great fight. I expect to be standing up the whole fight. I expect many scrambles, many great exchanges while standing, and some very slick BJJ. Kurt's main advantage going into this fight is his wrestling. Althoubh Kurt is Hermes Franca's top student, I think that Nate has the better BJJ, especially when applied to MMA. Ceaser Gracie just knows how to teach people how to use BJJ in MMA fights!
Violent Mike - you have no idea...I had to laugh it off. They were both stand up guys the entire weekend - they were definitely 'fun' to interview...cheers
NO DOUBT! I was just kidding. Along with Hendo, the Diaz's are my favorite fighters!!!!!!!!! I would have loved to have the opportunity to puff with Nick!!
VM: Funny you bring up the fact that Peelgrino his Hemes Franca's student because Nate has actually already fought against Hermes Franca in some other organization. It wont mean naything in this fight. Its not like Franca could even help Kurt gameplan for Nate because I am sure Nate is about 1000 times better of a fighter than he was back when he fought Franca...Just an interestig Tid-bit I thought I should throw out there!
John, that fight took place in the WEC, and was the main event of the card. It was Nate's last fight before competing in TUF. Nate won, excuse me, he absolutely owned the first round but then got submitted in the second. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch of that fight, it was a good one. I had seen it on youtube or dailymotion a while back... Actually, here it is buddy - http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/search/diaz+franca/video/xubl1_wec24-nathan-diaz-vs-hermes-franca_people

But if that happens, when are we going to get to see the rematch with Hong Man Choi?

Thanks for the interview Sean! You should have said, "Nick, if you cut me off one more time, you know I'm going to have to choke you out", and then just stare at him for a couple of seconds and then laugh, before he killed you.

Nick fighting in the DREAM Grand Prix sounds like a perfec
t idea.

Great work Seamus, and Lucky you!
