Dana white and the UFC cannot be the only one to blame for not providing insurance for injuries. Most fighters have to also give a percentage of the purse to their teams, and sometimes they are also very shady on how they treat their members should teams provide insurance to their members as well for charging them money. Remember Nate Quarry, he left Team Quest because they requested a percentage of his purse even if he trained somewhere else. At the end Lindland discredited him for leaving when all he wanted to do was train with other experts and keep his money. I wonder how many teams do this too, and if the guy that earned a dollar has to give a percentage back to his team, he wouldn't even be able to get water at McDonalds.
uhh they do have insurance. various promoters have said so. as part of putting on a fight card, they have to provide insurance to the fighters. So if they get injured, the insurance covers teh injury and the necessary rehab from said injury. BUT, this is only good on the day of the fight, it doesn't cover injuries during training, which is why it is recomended that fighters have their own personal insurance to cover when they are training.
The payouts for the undercard are justified. They are not at the "UFC's Level"...However, Tank being paid that is just LUDACRIS!!!
Ludacris is a rapper. The word you were looking for is ludicrous. Sorry, I know I'm being picky.

If this was a UFC show with these salaries every internet forum poster and blogger in the world would be calling for Dana's head.
Get out of this business Gary Shaw, you're nothing more than a dirty bastard.

The info on Gabin is slightly off. He was actually paid $0.70 to show and $0.30 for the win.
