The official UFC 82 weigh-ins for the “Pride of a Champion” pay-per-view (PPV) event will take place on Friday, February 29 from 3 to 5 p.m. ET at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
Fighters will hit the scales at about 4 p.m. ET at which time ESPN.com, NBCSports.com, Sympatico MSN, Yahoo!Sports and FoxSports.com will beam the festivities across the Internet LIVE via streaming video, according to UFC.com.
For those fans fortunate enough to be in the Buckeye State at this time remember that the weigh-in event is FREE to attend and open to the general public.
In addition, UFC Fight Club members on the scene will be treated to an exclusive question and answer session with interim UFC Heavyweight Champion, Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira, from 2 to 3 p.m.

Off topic, but I need help. Does anyone know any good motivational music for the gym and training. Any genre will do, I’m just tired of the stuff I’ve been listening to. Thanks!

You can always go old school and throw on the Rocky 1 soundtrack. But your best bet is just loading up your mp3 or I pod would all types of good stuff to make you go crazy while u work out.
anyone know how early u should show up to get the braclets for the weighins and Q&A. and off topic RAGE Against the Machine and or a Korn good music to get the blood flowing

Didn’t u listen to what Bas Ruten had to say?
Does anyone know what it will cost to get into the Arnold Classic? It would be cool to meet some of these guys, but I don’t think I would want to pay a substantial fee just to goto an autograph session.
I’m not really into autos, any chance of being able to take pictures with the fellas?
That’s going to be probably the best weigh-in to watch. I can’t wait to see where Andrei Arlovski tips the scales at and how he looks. Same with guys like Kongo, Fitch, Silva, Hendo… just see all of that talent in one room. Gonna be pretty sweet.
Does anyone know what site ESPN.com actually shows the weigh-in at? Is it ESPN 360 or off of their MMA page or what? Cuz I tried to watch the 81 weigh-ins and just couldn’t find a link. I ended up going to NBC sports but I’d prefer ESPN, their video quality is much better.
