I don’t think DD is saying that Lytle shouldn’t be the favorite but he certainly is laying heavy odds which is not supported by his track record. And much as I hate to say it I agree that a wager on Sylvia appears to be a good one and expected the odds to be closer to even. And really I’m not about to predict against Randy!

I placed a bet on Mir weeks ago but the closer it gets to the fight the less comfortable I feel about it. Clearly Mir can catch Brock in a sub on his back but I get the sense that Brock’s strength may be more than he can handle.

I wager on the UFC often, but this is a bad event to bet on. Too many unknowns. As a betting man, I probably will be sitting this one out.

However, I will be back, in full betting force for UFC 82

I think you underestimate Lytle a little bit. Look at who Lytle has lost to in the UFC. All legit fighters and all by decision except for two cut stoppages. Bradley has a decent record but he has lost to every decent fighter he has fought. His wins are against fighters with a combined 53-76-3 record. he does have 8 ko’s so anything is possible. Lytle by sub round 1

It always seems like Lytle beats the “no-names”, and always loses to the guys that are well-known in the UFC. Just look at his record.

Anyway, those are still great odds.
