(Hint: I’ve never been a fan of Marquardt, since his first UFC fight vs Ivan Salverry; and Lutter doesn’t deserve to fight in the UFC after not making weight for a title fight). Out of the names listed above, the only ones I’d like to see are:

Pete Sell always brings the fight. Point blank, he is fine on the ground and he can stand and bang, yes he has a terrible UFC Record, but he is like Jorge Gurgel who comes in with the dumbest gameplan, period. Stand and Bang when you are a black belt on the ground.

I disagree about Lutter, I think he is a fantastic fighter, but you are right, he is a pure idiot for not cutting weight correctly. He is a moron. Plain and Simple. But he deserves to be there.

There is no clear cut condenter. I think I can disagree with that. I think Yushin Okami if he beats Evan Tanner deserves the next shot, even though he is the most boring fighter in that division, he has lost only once, and that was to former Middleweight Champion, Rich Franklin.

Now if Yushin Okami loses then I completely agree.

I thought Grove also, but then I realized he is fighting next week at UFC 80 againt Jorge Rivera, so thats not an option. This proves that the middleweight division is so damn weak. We cant even come up with a viable replacement. I really wanted to see Leites upset Nate, what a damn shame….this event gets worse by the minute.

Lutter is a realistic option. I would like to see Bispind step up and take the fight but he fought in November so I dont think that it is a viable option. J-mac wont take the fight because he wants to fight in Canada only 2 months later. All i know is that they need to find a good replacement or a better fight all together because this card cant afford another weak fight. Where’s Martin Kampman? If he is healthy he would make for a hell of a replacement.

Kampmann is still injured, but look for a comeback possibly in June or July.

Bisping is fighting Charles McCarthy at UFC 83 I believe.

Kalib Starnes will be fighting in Canada more than likely.
