Why do the WEC cards move seamlessly from fight to fight with a minimal amount of hype and BS while with UFC cards, PPVs in particular, they feel the need to show every last moment of drama between the two fighters, from one guy laughing at the other guy, to a weigh-in shove, to a trash-talking interview? It's completely unnecessary, especially given that everyone who's watching has already bought the PPV anyway. Most people watch the fights because we enjoy the skill and pace of the fights and enjoy watching fights. All that crap in the middle just gives them a WWE sort of feel. Zuffa owns both WEC and UFC. I think EliteXCs shows are great aswell…
But god do I love the WEC. Everyone fights with fire, trying to make the big time. End up seeing much more aggressive fighters, and not really sloppier.
