youve got me all wrong my friend – im definately a GSP fan – i got no hate for the guy – but in reverse, a lot of people on here are harsh on Serra – people are saying 9 out of 10 times GSP would win – BUT they had 1 fight and Serra won clearly! top mma fans know – there are no if’s but’s or maybe’s in this sport , so to say GSP is better than Serra is wrong at this point in time. I see your point but just look at hughes 1,2 and 3. Most thought after seeing the hughes/gsp 1 fight that gsp was the better fighter. It was very obvious in there next two fights, one win doesn’t mean you’ll win every time. Its just obvious to most people gsp is more well rounded than serra and a better fighter, hence it being the biggest upset in mma history. I also “FEEL” if gsp fought serra 10 times he wins 8 or 9 of them, based on either guys last 5 fights or so, I’m just not overly impressed with quick sub or ko wins. I honestly wasn’t that impressed with diego sanchez’s win over riggs because it was his ONLY ko, when a guy ko’s someone like the spider THAT’S impressive. I wasn’t so surprised koscheck out boxed diego at all and thought he might win. Maybe serra has completely changed and is now a super mma fighter but I doubt it and we’ll just have to see what happens when gsp and serra fight again. If gsp owns serra, takes his down and ground and pounds him and mixes things up, I won’t be surprised when gsp wins but if serra wins again by tko I’ll be shocked and impressed with serra and think he’s the real deal.
